The facility is sparkling clean and well ventilated (important in the Covid era) and the caregivers were very patient-focused even while buried in walk-ins at the end of a long shift. I was very pleased with the care. Strongly recommended.

I have never had such a great experience like this at any urgent care. From the ease of making the appointment, checking in and wait time was very little. The PA/RN was so attentive, listened and was very thorough, he really knew his stuff. They even gave me samples on the way out and called to check up on me a few days later. Highly recommend.

This is my second time visiting this location. The first time had a different front desk associate and intake nurse. But Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. I had the same Doctor for both visits Dr. T. Desronvil. On each visit, I felt she was patient and concerned about my overall health. I did not feel rushed and she gave me her opinion on what I should do. She listened and answered all my questions and I felt very well heard. This will be the location for any of my urgent care needs. And If my PCP provider ever retires then Dr. T will become my new PCP.

This place is amazing! Upon completing registration in parking lot in my vehicle and running late, Alexis called to confirm appointment and verify that I was at the correct location. She is very knowledgeable with insurance procedures. Didn't even feel the blood draw with Tyshauna and Zack Buchan was very thorough. All in all this place was very professional, prompt, polite, caring, and punctual. They addressed all my questions and concerns. This demonstrates great teamwork and they provide beyond excellence in service. Extremely fast as well, being that I was leaving within 45 minutes or less. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. This is the way a business is supposed to run, Smooth and effortlessly. Great job!! I will be back and definitely recommend afc.

I called AFC in the morning and booked an appointment for the afternoon. Once I arrived, I checked in and there was just one person ahead of me. I was in and out pretty quick. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the PA were friendly, helpful and compassionate. I have only used a couple urgent cares but I would for sure revisit this one!

I had a very positive experience. I searched around several places who would take my Medicaid insurance, and this urgent care was one of the few. I got in an out in under an hour - as a walk in! The receptionist was caring and attentive. I was seen by PA Zach, who respectfully listened to my concerns and took my feelings and thoughts into consideration. I have been to other medical offices where you are just thrown medication or you feel as though the care provider is not taking into account your actual experience, but that was not the case here. Thank you for taking care of me.
