Let’s start with, my car has been towed multiple times by ace towing. They have violated laws and for the first time today, I have on recording the big white racist saying they provide 60 day grace period before towing if they towed out your parking spot for expired tags. I have receipts where they have towed me within the same month. The police was able to view the contract and I now know I have a lawsuit!!! I invite all to tell your story. We have lawyers and planning a class action suit! The owed replies to each comment as if he enjoys preying on people. They literally changed the price on me in front of the officers and I have alllll the receipts to prove it. They have called me the n word, yelled cursed hung up the phone..etc. but no one ever has the means to go after them but I’m so happy they finally will get what is coming for them and soon this will be called Royal Towing!!!!! See yall soon!!!! In court!!!!!

Let's be honest nobody likes tow companies they are predatory and most of the time extremely rude and have legal authority to steal your property and ransom it back to you like some drug cartel, nothing like waking up in the morning heading out for work and seeing a empty spot where your vehicle used to be. That being said they are required by NC state law to contact you about your vehicle being towed and I had to figure out who towed my vehicle and were on my own. Minus one star. The staff in the office where cold and condescending and the whole thing looked like a backyard operation. Minus one star. To their credit they didn't damage my vehicle and although stealing the whole thing never stole any personal effects in said vehicle. Plus half a star. Also as being cold and condescending they where not outwardly rude while I was paying the extortion fee. Plus half a star. They had several good boys or girls wandering around for pats while you wait. Plus two stars. That is all.

Wow...so my daughter and her friend (good college kids from great homes) weht to Raleigh last night for the fire work show. Before parking in this area where multiple cars were parked, they asked a police officer if they could park there to be sure as they are not from the area. They were told yes. They come back and the car is gone. They were in disbelief thinking they parked it and forgot where, that was differently not the case. Ace towed their car and charged them 207..to retrieve it. It makes me wonder if this was a set up or if the claim predatory tow is in fact what they were victims of. God sees and knows and vengeance belongs to him. A law will soon be in place concerning towing and companies will be help more accountable.

paid 175 for a tow 6 minutes away. they were also located 10 minutes away from me. the guy explained that it’s 175 to hook a truck to a car. i then picked up my car at the mechanic and found my bumper off. the mechanic said the tow truck company did it. i called the ACE to say it would be helpful if they informed me that they would be taking off my bumper that was tied to zip ties. it is a big deal to take someone’s bumper off due the fact that we live in a capitalistic society that makes me too busy to worry about a bumper. but instead, tow truck companies get so excited to get money from people that they forget about basic human customer service. the guy on the phone was argumentative before offering to put my bumper back on the car.
EDIT: although morgan wrote in the reply that I am able to come in for a fix, the man at ACE towing fixing my bumper (that they took off) almost charged me for fixing the bumper, and was whining and crying the whole time while fixing my bumper because he did not want to do it after they said they can. It you use this company or any tow company make sure to take advantage of what you payed for and stand up for yourself.

I-was-WRONG to have parked where there were clear signs not to park overnight. Regardless of my van being broken down, it was there entirely too long. I chose to believe Ace could have towed it much sooner but showed me grace. For that I thank God for Ace Towing accepting the van as junk so I could get better transportation.

Let's be honest nobody wants their car towed but it happens. With that being said it wasn't the worse experience. The ladies there were super nice, & polite, Mr. Lee was really helpful. Even the tow driver helped with advice on where not to park in the lot I was at. Overall a 10/10 experience. PS. the dog was really great as well

Parked my car at 8:30 pm, Ace Towing towed my car at 9:20 pm the same day, less than a hour later. The sign said no overnight parking. Thats not exactly overnight parking. They then proceeded to charge me over $200 dollars for their mistake. Not a towing company, just a bunch of grumpy men looking to scam people.
(Edit/Reply) I did not even specify the property from which I was towed. It was Cosco, from which I have a membership. I will be getting my money back, thank you for wasting everyone's time. I hope y'all enjoyed YOUR lesson, thanks.

They towed my car wrongfully, as part of a predatory towing contract. I gave them one star back because they at least got it back to me within the hour once I proved to them it was wrongful, but it was something that shouldn't have required me to tell them anyway. I think they were hoping I would just pay it off without questioning it, given the behavior of the first person I spoke to on the phone

I have never been SO DISGUSTED WITH A TOWING COMPANY . Last night my aunt got her car towed that was in my apartment complex in the visitors section . ACE TOWING deliberately drive around in MINORITY NEIGHBORHOODS just so they can get some quick bucks. I was told by the man I spoke on the phone that someone called and that’s why the car got towed but when I arrived at ACE TOWING COMPANY I was told that they drove around picking up random cars . This should be illegal. I will be posting every video I recorded on social media I am not the first person and will not be the last .
