I’ve started repainting my bedroom over the last few weeks as I have time. I finished the first can so I ran up to Ace to get another can mixed of the same color. I got home and started painting. It was obviously a different shade of green. I took both cans back up to Ace and they were so helpful. They figured out what happened (it was a mistake I made) then mixed up a new can that matched my original color. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful. Stock is usually right on in terms of needed items. Check your coupons before you go - you might save some money.

While I’ve shopped here for over a decade. Things have changed there. Constantly getting ‘in stock’ notices only to find items aren’t even carried there. And while I rarely ask for help, when I can’t find that in stock item, the helpful hardware man isn’t as advertised.

First off, normally, I love this store. They are friendly, wonderful and very helpful. The outcome of my review is just to let people know that they do not accept any returns for any plants that you purchase. I bought some plants, unsure if they were the right ones, and they weren't. Just 4 small $2.99 plants, there was no "all plant sales final" or "no returns" signs anywhere. So, when I went to return them today, the manager said they could not take them back, I even asked if that was posted and somehow I missed it. She said no, so I stated that it would be nice to have it posted because if I had known, I would not have purchased them. Her demeanor was not very kind, like I should have known, she repeated multiple times she would let the manager know, and there wasn't much kindness or customer service empathy. Overall, this is not a big deal, only $12 in plants, but I wanted to put the message out there for anyone that they do not accept returns on any plant purchases and they may or may not post that in the future. I will definitely keep shopping there for other items in the future.

Do not buy plants here. If they die within days of buying and planting they will not exchange or refund.

If you call act like the person you talk to doesn't comprehend the difference between the words "exchange" and "refill"
