I was trying on jeans and the sales associate Melody was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, attentive, and went the extra mile to find me the jeans I was looking for! Jean shopping is always difficult and she made the process easy and seamless!! I appreciate all of her help! The AKA sales associate at the counter was also very helpful and ordered me the jeans I was looking for! 10/10 hospitality all around, everyone was fantastic!

Today the petite girl with the long hair working around 3:00 pm on 11/8/24 was so rude. I asked for a fitting room and she looked me up and down and didn't even respond. Once she opened the fitting room and I thanked her she barely said "you're welcome" back. The entire time I was in the dressing room trying on jeans no one asked if I needed help. The little girl just watched my boyfriend run back and forth grabbing me different sizes and never offered to help. Abercrombie acts like they rebranded to be more accesible but they still hire rude and unfriendly staff who think their shh don't stink.

Came to Crabtree mall on Sunday Jan 8th because we saw they open at 11AM. On google this shows as confirmed by the business as of 4 days ago, however they just opened the gates at 12. Very frustrating experience as if they had their hours listed correctly we wouldn’t have came until 12

I love this location. Every time I come in people are super friendly and just an overall great experience. I came in this morning to pick up an online order, and the associate who helped me was just wonderful!

Cool clothes but ZERO of the employees are wearing Abercrombie. When I worked here this was required if you were on the floor.

Came in with the hopes to exchange a pair of jeans I ordered online for a different size. Two girls and one boy working in the store and I was the only customer. I wasn’t greeted or helped. All three of them looked right at me and turned the other way. Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here.
