I had my stuff stored for MANY years; the staff was always accommodating if I had any issues, the building and units are very clean, so no bug worries. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

I have been using AA Self Storage for about 4 years now and there are absolutely no complaints. It is reasonably priced, clean, centrally located for my convenience, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Geoffrey. He is always a pleasure to work with, answers any questions, and keeps me on top of things. Definitely a great place with wonderful people.

Sometimes bad people do bad things but, good people perform good deeds in response. This happened to me when my cargo trailer was stolen by bad people from the AA Self Storage - Raleigh fenced storage area at their facility. When it was discovered that my trailer had been taken without my authority, the staff went to work researching the theft and worked with the Raleigh police detective assigned to the case. Through their immediate response, they were able to identify the date, time and perpetrators of the theft. Their commitment to their patrons, myself and the other owner of another trailer that was stolen, providing prompt and accurate information to the Raleigh police department to aid in the police investigation into the thefts. My utmost gratitude to the staff of AA Self Storage - Raleigh for their assistance in researching this theft by a bad person.

Customer service is top notch here. Ken provided important moving tips, recommended the correct unit size that saved us time & money. Moving is expensive and AA Storage has been a great deal compared to other storage places in the area.

The staff here is wonderful especially Geoffrey. He is always extremely helpful and always pleasant when you come into the office... all the guys that work here are great and whatever they get paid it definitely isn't enough
