Disgusting overall office cleanliness and staff at front desk have the most disgusting attitudes I'd ever experienced. This should not be the face of the practice because who would dare trust their own health with people like this. Do yourself a favor and NEVER COME HERE!

The “coordinator” MISS LUNDY for this establishment messed up my sons appointment without an apology. She then showed me how unprofessional she was by telling “what’s not her problem”. She also asked me if “ I wanted to step outside” with animosity in her voice as if she wanted to fight me for her being wrong. Two other staff members asked if she wanted help but she refused further showing she just wanted to argue in her wrong doings. She tried to threaten me as if I needed her but I wouldn’t dare trust my child’s health OR records for that matter. The professionalism is missing in this little boxed office. This was my first and LAST visit. I should’ve walked out the door when the lady at the window told me the COORDINATOR marked my son as a NEWBORN instead of grade school aged. My sons appointment wasn’t the only mishap that went on with this office while I was there today. It’s A LOT of miscommunication going on in this office.

I thought A+ was going to be a place that would take care of me during my pregnancy. Wish I would’ve never listened to who ever recommended this place. A week before my baby shower in 2021 I called the doctors office to schedule an appointment because I had not heard anything from them on when I could get in to be seen. They told me they would call me back. I never received a call back from them. I continued working and did my baby shower. 4 days after my shower I gave birth to a still born. I had been leaking fluid for a couple weeks thinking it was normal but still wanted to get in to the doctor but they didn’t seem to care. Never got back in contact with me after we sat on the phone and couldn’t even get an appointment set up. I have never dealt with a doctors office that tells you they will call you back to schedule an appointment. What’s the point of having the phone options if they just gonna tell you they will call you back but never do. I could have been known that I was leaking fluid from around my daughter. This practice should be shut down. They are not for the people and if you’re pregnant go to a practice that will take care of you and treat your pregnancy with importance. I was in a car accident while pregnant and working on getting my forms from this place is taking so much time. I now want to sue this doctors office. At this point they are playing with peoples lives!

Usually this place has excellent care for my family (OBGYN services), but on my sister's last visit the medical assistant was extremely unprofessional and rude. If you cannot be compassionate or have compassionate care, do not be part of healthcare!! This is coming from someone who also works in healthcare. Someone please speak to her about being appropriate and compassionate with her responses; made my sister cry.

Do not go here.The staff lied to us about getting an ultrasound. Then, they lied about what they were going to run on a blood test.With the exception of the girl running the ultrasound, everyone is rude as can be.

I went here for up to 8 months of my pregnancy. Every doctors appointment was great and my doctor was great. I’ve never had any issues until now since I had to move away due to family reasons. They have been TERRIBLE in transferring my information to my new doctor. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and haven’t been to the doctor since my 36 week check up. The “third party system” they use to transfer over records said that they don’t have a file on me which I find is weird when the doctors office said they’ve faxed it over 4 times already. I DO NOT recommend this office if you ever have to leave before the baby is born because you WILL NOT receive your records when transferring to a new OB.

Follow-up: After leaving my review, I was contacted by A Plus. Jennifer solved every issue I had. She was understanding, compassionate, and assured me of changes that would be taking place for the better. She took the time to personally call, attend every need I had and fixed an issue from previous visit. I was so pleased to have someone call and be willing to solve every issue I had. Thank you so much Jennifer!My kids and I have been patients here for almost 5 years. I continued going here because they have pediatrics, OB and physicians all in one place. However, after my experience the past couple of months, I'm switching practices.I recently had a horrible sinus infection that lasted over a week. I took 4 at home Covid tests, which were all negative, but the infection was so bad, I had to call out of work for 2 days. I was miserable. I phoned the doctor's office and was told I couldn't be seen unless I had a negative covid lab result. I was told I could come get one there at A Plus and would be given a rapid test and lab test. The rapid results were given at that time (negative), but the lab tech that came outside didn't have a mask or gloves when performing the test (I wore one in case I was positive). I was told the lab results would be in within 2 days. This has been maybe 2-3 weeks ago and have never received the test results so I could make an appointment for my sinus infection. I even checked patient portal and the covid test wasn't even listed. Later that week of my infection, after taking many OTC meds, I started feeling better and didn't see a point in making an appointment, especially after already missing work to get the covid test done.I had an appointment March 17 for a yearly OB and have not received a call of those results if anything was abnormal. I also made a request for a birth control that needed to be ordered and was told it should be in within 2 weeks. It's almost a month later and still haven't heard from anyone about getting the BC inserted. I phoned the doctor's office Monday of this week and was told I would be transferred to the nurse's line, to leave a message and they would call back that day or the next. It is Thursday and I still haven't heard back. This isn't the first time I've left a message on the nurse's line and not received a call back.When you call the main number, you will 90% of the time be put on hold for a while. I've called from my job and had to put the call on speaker because the wait was long. You will often get receptionists on the phone who sound very agitated or are distracted helping other patients at their window. I understand we all have bad days at work, but this is the majority of the time. It's not a very professional doctor's office, especially compared to other offices I've been to. The environment isn't inviting and the exam rooms are very plain and small. The restroom had paper towels all over the floor, didn't have a pen to write your name on the urine cups, didn't have paper towels and garbage was over flowing. Their location on Garner Road was definitely more clean, inviting and decorated to make you feel more at ease.I've had a few pleasant experiences when checking in at the receptionist windows and the physician who did my previous exam was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The negative aspects of this office out rank the positive, so I wouldn't recommend this practice.

My wife and daughter all new patients here. All of the staff were very helpful prompt and friendly. They got us in quickly and the manager was great Jennifer helped streamline this process for us all. The provider Abby was amazing and personable. Highly recommend!

If it wasn’t for Celeste at A Plus Family Care I wouldn’t have found out that I had RRMS ( relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis ) I was having pain so bad it was hard to walk and she rushed everything to get me the help needed ( A neurologist a rheumatologist etc ) and now today I’m starting treatment and getting all the help I need! I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH CELESTE ♥️?? Talk about caring about your patients, you practically saved my legs! I can walk again ?

Not a fan of this place so far, the nurse who took care of my mother needs better bedside manners. She just seemed to have something on her mind that was bothering her and so she just seemed irritated by even having to at work yesterday. Hope the next visit is better next week.

Not a fan of this place. They were decent when I first went. Now I’m waiting on results going on the third week. They call me every week to do results but when I scheduled an annual checkup they didn’t schedule me correctly and wouldn’t see me for what i initially scheduled for. You can also tell the doctors don’t care because the doctor had the same conversation with me after i came in for the same situation twice. Spent not more than 5-10 minutes with me. Took off work for no reason. Scheduled another appt and when they called me to cancel it, again they had it scheduled for something completely different. Just go somewhere else. I found another doctors office.

Please Advise with the date of February 8, 2022 I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 am. I walked in at 9:25 am, while checking in one of the staff members was checking me in and asked for my three pieces of identification full name , address and phone number. While confirming I stated I do not have my ID nor Medicaid card due to the day before when confirming my appointment no one told me I needed those pieces of identification. I stated why is it being required , just a general question I’m asking. One of the workers with the redish braids closed the glass door in my face because I stated I didn’t have my Id nor Medicaid card. The worker did not tell me to hold on or anything she close the glass door in my face which was unprofessional. She went and got the officer manager named Jennifer and Jennifer was also being rude to me. Jennifer kept cutting me off along with how the other worker kept cutting me off . She kept stopping me and wasn’t allowing me to finish my sentence. I asked for a complaint form Jennifer told me no I could not have one. Due to Jennifer being the officer manager she could had provided me the form. I also was on the phone with my case Manager Ms.Hood so she could hear the commotion and she also heard the remarks that was said from the worker and Jennifer. When I was checked in for the second time supposedly, I asked one of the nurses for a complaint form. The Nurse advised me Jennifer told her no that I couldn’t have the form. So I checked out afterwards of being seen by my obgyn Rebecca. I filled out my paperwork for maternity leave. Jennifer comes back she never once apologized for being unprofessional. This honestly made me feel uneasy with coming to this providers office . I expressed to Jennifer her worker was unprofessional she did not say anything . Jennifer was as rude as much as the worker was which made the situation worse. I would like a response from Jennifer as soon as possible. I’m also requesting Jennifer’s senior advisor or supervisors name and number for contact. I have gave this practice so many chances . This location is horrible the other locations they did have were good. The providers are good it’s just the staff in the front and the new officer manager named Jennifer. I will be looking into legal actions since I was denied my rights to file a complaint. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ANF DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM! P.s. I want to state thank you to Jennifer for rescheduling my appointment when I got there this morning without my consent. She rescheduled my appointment when I was there at the correct time and had me wait longer without my knowledge until I logged into my patient portal and seen what she did .

I have requested my records be transferred from A+ to a new practice 3 TIMES now. I have filled out the form they require 3 TIMES and the new doctors office still hasn't received anything. Going to try 1 more time before going the legal route with this place! DO NOT GO HERE!

Not a very attentive practice , it seems as though there’s too many patients and not enough nurses/OBGYN’s. My doctor isn’t very warm or attentive which is disappointing given this is my 1st child I’ll be giving birth to. Once I’ve given birth I’ll be moving on to another practice as to assure I have more attention on myself personally as a patient . I need a little more than rushed appointment making and one word answers to every question I ask .
