As a former parent who's children used to attend BOTH locations. I enjoyed the assistant director Meka, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure your child is safe and learning. I am a single mother i am VERY NICE i am always making sure im in good connections with the people involved in my life and my children's life. When you join a daycare, you expect that daycare to treat you and your children as if they would treat their own, like family. You expect nothing short of safety, communication, professionalism, kindness, and help with educating your children.
On the educational stand point, the TEACHERS in this daycare are hands down amazing when it comes to TEACHING your child. They have a good curriculum for ALL students and they applied it to my child. However because they have a good learning setup i decided to ignore all the red flags about this daycare. I will never put up with bullying, my business being told, feeling uncomfortable every time i walk in and out the daycare you KNOW they are talking about you.
Now lets get down to the business owner Mrs. Ronetta. I am saddened to see one of her former employees tell my private business on her GOOGLE REVIEWS about things that i only told to Mrs. Ronetta per email about my situation. Mrs. Ronetta took it upon herself to go spread my personal business around her daycare to her Employees which was very uncomfortable and spiteful. Mrs.Ronetta is a grown, Jealous, UNPROFESSIONAL daycare owner.
Mrs.Ronetta previously made disturbing comments about Caucasian people to me on multiple occaions. During my tour with Mrs. Ronetta, I told her my child previously attended " Bright horizons" ( we moved b/c of relocation) and Mrs. Ronetta stated to me that " She doesnt run her daycare like " the other people" and proceeded to tell me why she doesnt like how the "other people" try and tell her what to do and how to run her daycare.
Mrs. Ronetta previously has made personal opinionated comments about how Caucasian people raise their kids and why she doesnt want to many Caucasians in her daycare. Mrs. Ronetta would always use the term " those other people" when speaking on Caucasian parents.

Bad service! The owner is really rude to parents with a voucher. Several times the staff didn’t let my child into daycare once transportation bus brought my child there and had him sent back to school.

Very poor communication. My child was having a behavioral issue for MONTHS. I was not made aware of this until they were terminating her enrollment. These people terminated her enrollment AFTER I had paid for the month and are saying I cannot get the remaining payment back although I over paid....I am about to file a report on them. I do not recommend sending your children here. You guys should be closed… permanently

One of the worst businesses in Raleigh Nc. Mrs Meka is the BEST. I love her. Ms. Ariel whom is no longer working there (I don’t blame her) and Ms Mara are AMAZING TEACHERS!!! Other than that, this place is just a building.. My daughter was terminated due to absences after me informing them that I was in a very bad car accident in which I could not walk (I broke my leg and my ankle)so I obviously could NOT get my child to daycare…. Nevertheless it was a blessing in disguise!!!! I had been telling her teacher mrs Tonya(old lady with a cane) that my child is potty trained she just needs help as do MOST 3 year olds.. My 3 year old has a little bit of a speech delay but not to the point where you do not understand her, she can say she has to potty very well.. Mrs tonya kept insisting my child wasn’t potty trained to the point where I kept having to buy pampers for my child and was still being charged an additional $110 bc she “wasn’t potty trained “ and she couldn’t “express” that she needed to use the restroom..knowing she has a speech delay is COMICAL… ALSO; my daughter would come home saying 2 kids in particular pushed her down or hit her.. and she always had scratches and bruises as if she was pushed down… so obviously she wasn’t being watched bc nobody ever could tell me where they came from.. Before you send your kid here; I’d work from home…… from one caring parent to another…… and no I don’t wanna call anyone to resolve nothing….

My 1 year old daughter just started at this daycare, she came from an at home daycare environment with just family and so far so good. I love all the staff here so far. Mrs.Netta is so sweet and has such a nice center. I drive 30 minutes here and 30 minutes back home to get child care from here. I absolutely love the center so far and I’m so excited this facility gets to care for my daughter. If you’re looking for quality child care with a staff who actually cares about the kids I highly recommend A Mothers Touch Child Development Center ♥️

I love this place!!! As a single father of two young boys they provide that mother's touch that kids need. They do not single anyone out and they treat all the children with love and respect. So grateful that my boys had the opportunity to be there. They give the students all the qualities and tools they need to be wonderful boys and girls in todays society. All the workers care for the kids 1000 % and love them as their own. Sad my boys had to transfer but they will surely be back soon!

My daughter loves it here!! Everyday she hops out to run in and drags her feet to leave! As a mom who works countless hours a day, I feel comfortable knowing my child is in the hands of teachers that loves her just as much her father and I! This center is black owned so that’s another plus for us. As an educator, I searched for daycares that offered a fun and loving learning environment!! AMTCDC is definitely that place and where I will always recommend my friends and family.

I have an infant that attend A mothers touch center in a residence. I have been with this location since my son was born and love how the infant teachers are working with him. They send pictures/videos of him singing, playing, and crawling around throughout the day. I am more than pleased with the care that is provided

My three boys have been attending this center for a little over 8 months and has shown so much growth. The teachers are creative with implementing fun into learning activities, the owner and director are so hands on with the needs and care of not just the students attending but for the family and it feels good to have a center I feel comfortable allowing my kids to go and trust they’ll have they’re best interests.
