Thank you for providing excellent service. Not only was my pre-purchase car inspection detailed, the waiting room experience was awesome. Free snacks/drinks, TV and clean bathroom. Not to mention the friendly staff! Choose A&J! You won’t be disappointed! 10 stars!

After a recent diagnostic, I found out my entire a/c system needed to be replaced. After shopping a few places, reading the reviews and speaking with Elana (??), I decided to entrust this job to A&J Automotive. Although the repair took a little longer than anticipated, it was MORE than worth the extra time! After speaking with Rodney, he explained what the culprit was causing the delay and showed me the defective part. He and his team worked tirelessly to identify it and ensure it was replaced and everything working properly as it should. I can't thank them enough for the excellent, professional and friendly service they provided!!! They also did a complimentary inspection (with photos) of issues that will need to be addressed.
I highly recommend this shop and will return for any future automotive repairs, great and small!! ?

Do not go here. Not a customer but was warned by a friend and saw the bill. They will try to take advantage of you, and have you pay to have things fixed, that don’t need to be fixed. Also they will charge you for the diagnostic fee twice if you have 2 separate things being looked at.

Had to schedule an urgent last minute appointment. I called at 3pm and they had me scheduled to drop off the car the next morning! Plus we were able to use their lender car at no extra charge!! The whole staff was easy and convenient to work with!

You were our second opinion and you could’ve just confirmed the 1st opinion of us saying it was our transmission but you didn’t and instead you found the true cause of our symptoms. You were thorough and honest and very detailed in your description of work. You also provided us with a loaner car so we weren’t out of a car for an extended period of time. I’ve had my 89 Bronco since 2005.
I’ve been to many places to get it serviced/repaired with no problems. A&J had my truck for 3 weeks and had no solid solution. Recommend all the things that I already had done. Plus when I took my truck to them it was running but had to get it towed to another shop
Got it back with no problem in 2 days. Another thing my lights won’t come on. I think/hope they just blew a fuse. ????

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and my car was fixed in a timely fashion. I was discouraged due to an unpleasant experience at another shop, but I was very pleased with the communication and professionalism at A &J automotive.
