We had a great experience with A-1 Storage. Every single person we spoke with was very kind and helpful. We even got a call one afternoon (we had just moved out our stuff and I didn't put the lock on correctly) to let us know our unit wasn't secured properly. Would definitely use them again.

I still have a unit, BUT....a few years ago, my unit and several others were broken into, and items were stolen. I was not informed until I went to my unit and the lock was changed. Long story short, the Police caught the guy, BUT the stolen items were not located and there was no compensation from A-1 Personal Storage. Not all of the units are protected by CCTV.

We have an inside climate controlled. It's always cold. Otherwise no compaints.

Highly recommend! Great company and always felt like I was being well taken care of. Never had a problem with any of my stuff nor did I have any problem accessing the site.

I have used other storage facilities over the years, an A1 is by far the best! Storage room was very clean and provided the perfect space for my needs. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and just a good dude!! The owners Praise GOD, and so do I! GOD Bless you all!
