Keep up with the horrendous rude employees and this store won’t last. How is it that so many people complaint and nothing changes. Horrible! I come from NY and their wonderful 7 eleven stores, what a shame and disappointment with this one. So many expectations! How embarrassing!

Today, I put my card in and it said it didn't read, I'm sure it was that card reader that didn't work. Then I tried self check out and it did work. While all that happened that old black women working was harassing me. She was being so rude to the next customer too after me

I don't know why you are renowned for slurpees when all you have is 2 flavors coke and Mt dew. The food looks like it's prepacked instead of made in store. I'd rather go to a wawa or buckees.

Worst customer service ever. Not as if they were understaffed with 3 employees doing nothing while the entire store was uncleaned and unstocked.

Was looking forward to coffee as remembered stores in VA having the best coffee. 7:30AM and out of 2 popular blends. Counter with creamers was dirty and disgusting. Have to agree with previous posts that the personnel have no customer service experience and are rude. Disappointed.

It’s ashamed this woman a store leader and come from the back of the store to the front of the store on her cell phone talking to me aggressive as a customer to where I had to ask her how her morning going first just because the first thing she said to me was her coming aggressive to me. She ID me for a tobacco product which I left my ID in the car to get it as I go back into the store to purchase my product after getting my ID she don’t even look at my ID card to actually see if I’m of age so I said to her you had me go back to my car to get it but yet you don’t even look at it. From there this woman began to act ghetto and rachet in the store in front of customer and ended up not allowing me to purchase what I came for. I honestly don’t see her she a store lead with a bad attitude and customer service skill is a complete 0 !!!!
As you can see she was not afraid to show her name because she don’t care about her job.

Why are 7-11 front door ? locked cause the guy said he can't stock and cash people out ... its 11:34 pm yale need to do better!!!
