I haven't had any issues when visiting this location. I come here mainly for gas and I'll get a fountain drink every now and then. I will say they definitely need to do better with keeping the fountain drinks area cleaner & needs to do better with keeping the lids stocked.

New location open a few months. Last few times I was there for gas the receipts wouldn't print out. This more recent time there was some issue and all the pumps were shut down. Plus the outside is already dirty and trash is everywhere. No window cleaner in the bins or towels. Skip it. Even stopping for a Slurpee isn't worth this location

I was harasses by someone asking for money? I do not carry cash. He acted like I owed him something. I try and help out but I could tell he could work. I need money too nobody gave ne anything.Gas was 30 more cents than across the street. Snacks were way overpriced. I bought a big gulp and left. My second time there. Never again..first time was for gas....

This is the worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. Let me preface this by saying I am from Michigan where we had a 7/11 on every corner in my area. So when i moved here a few years ago I was shocked to find out that the nearest 7/11 was in Greensboro. So whenever I was in that area I would always stop at 7/11. I was so excited when it was announced this one was opening. Sadly my excitement was quickly curtailed. The very first week they were open I visited and the Slurpee machine was down… how can you be a new store and have your best selling item (the item you are most famous for) not functioning. I thought maybe it was just setting up so I came back and only about half were working. That has been the story of everything involving this store over the past year. On one of the hottest days in July, I went and the Slurpee machine was down yet again. A few nights ago I went for a late night snack and they were closed even tho 7/11 is known to be open all night! This is quite possibly the worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to. The ones in Cary and Morrisville are miles ahead of this one.

Great prices for fountain drinks and coffee. Go by there everyday to get my caramel macchiato iced coffee! They have nice selection of bakery items also. Their gas prices usually rival the other stations in the area.

For an entire month, I stop by on my way home from work. At 12 midnight, and the store has not been open not one time in a month. Every light on, yet doors are locked and no one in sight.WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A STORE, if the worker refuses to work after midnight. At least SHEETZ is open.

Every time I visit this store it is dirty, has no Slurpee cups or Slurpee lids that fit, and there is no point going there late because the clerk locks the doors at like 11:30 and sits inside browsing his phone. Does the home office notice there aren't any sales transactions every single night? I thought despite the name that 7-11 was open 24 hours.

Workers were so absolutely unprofessional. They made us pay for double the price for mixing 2 flavors in ONE cup!!!! Manger was very rude, using profanity to other co workers and using the N-word. Would not recommend; very bad customer service. Very bad establishment.

Horrible 7-11. They are scamming and taking peoples money at the gas pump. I paid $45 with my credit card and was later charged $175 at that gas station for no reason. They are most likely stealing card information. DO NOT GET GAS HERE

Showed up and was yelled at they were closed I asked what time they closed so I'd know for next time since their hours aren't available anywhere so I'll know for next time but was just repeatedly yelled at that they were closed. I understand they aren't paid enough to really care if they don't have enough help which she didn't as she was yelling something about third shift quitting but I've only been treated kindly by 1 person when visiting this place and that was when they opened every other time is with indifference or annoyance

Not impressed. I was looking for great slushes. Multiple slushy machines are always broken when I go . Slow service and the Ready to go food doesn't look appealing or Fresh.

The employee ms.jackie is the rudest person ever, she shut the door in my face twice while coming in and leaving. Always gives me attitude.. I don't appreciate being treated so disrespectful especially so earlier In the morning... I go there ever morning for work and it's always unpleasant when she is there

Worst experience ever! Went to this location with my kids because we had an early dentist appointment and thought we should go to the store to pick up a snack and this lady at the register said we have to leave our bag at the door, with me being in shock I asked” huh are you saying that I need to leave my bag at the door?” Imagine your bag has your wallet, valuable stuff in there and you’re being asked to leave your bag at the door! Though my kids really wanted to get something to munch on I left without getting them something!

This 7 eleven is extremely ghetto. You can't go in without someone harassing you for money. It's always clean but the slurpee machine almost always don't work. The employees are typically always nice. When they first opened they had a ton of employees and the 7 eleven was well managed but now it seems they have 1 or 2 employees. I've also noticed employees drinking on the job. Overall not to bad but could be way better.

How is 7/11 not open ?!? I can’t count the times I’ve made a trip there and i get a rude we’re not open! It’s ridiculous! Literally about an hour ago i went after work just to grab a quick snack and the cashier gave me the finger and said we’re closed … if i could give less than a star rating i would! It’s not been once, twice or even three times… it’s been several times i came and i was told we’re not open! And I’m not the only person that has said this! Several people in the apartment complex across the street have said the same exact thing! I will definitely never go back! This was the final straw! Especially since the homeless guy who sits outside the door also told me to “f off” !
