Store is cluttered and not organized. The guy that runs it is forever in the back watching TV so be prepared to wait. Overpriced junk that doesnt last and product selection looks to be all off-brand overseas unregulated 'food'. Stay away, they treat you with contempt and it feels very uncomfortable to shop here.

This “be back in 10 minutes” thing is getting real old. They’re never back in 10 minutes. How did randomly closing your shop throughout the day for 10+ minutes even become okay? Store lacks professionalism, that’s why they can’t keep employees.

Tried to go on my lunch break today. To my understanding they were supposed to open by 10:00 a.m. today however, by 10:10 a.m. they still were not open and I had to leave. Very disappointed.

Waited outside for 30 minutes on a Sunday morning for someone to show up wasting my entire lunch break. From now on I’ll drive the 10 minutes to the next closes the shop since I know they know how to show up on time

Used to be pretty great but the last few times I have went, there is a sign that says be back in ten minutes and even after waiting and customers piling up, it's always over ten minutes.

Never stays open until their listed hours. Closes whenever they decide they want to. Makes it extremely inconvenient when you need something.

STAY AWAY!!! Went here to buy a coil, had to wait outside because the guy was too busy messing around in his car. He was rude and treated me like I was stupid. I know exactly what I need for my device, apparently he doesn't because he gave me the wrong coil but I didn't realize it until I got home and when I called he refused to exchange it. They're overpriced anyways. I will stick to my regular vape shop in Fuquay. They are nice, friendly and extremely helpful. Plus they treat people with respect. The people that work at this establishment are jerks and it was extremely dirty when I went in there. It should be shut down!

Cannot be relied on.. multiple times have they been closed 10-15 minutes before the time they say they close. Look elsewhere.

It had a nice clean welcoming environment. The employee was fast to help me pick good products at a price I can afford. I can tell that they know the products they sell and I felt like I could trust their suggestions. Fast an easy.
