We are so pleased with the service with PackRats. Our pod was just delivered by Alisha Robeson. We were so impressed by her and how she worked so diligently to place the pod exactly where we needed it to be. We will definitely use PackRats again, and we will request Alisha's services.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1 or 2 hour wait times are normal. There's no way to contact anyone locally. The bureaucracy is beyond insane. An article in The CEO magazine says CEO Mark Kuhns "has a passion for customer service". Really!!? No one would ever be able to tell. If you value your sanity, take your business elsewhere.
