Awful...Awful....Awful. Customer service is non-existent from the pharmacy to self checkout. Out of date items in refrigerated areas.. Management racist in a small black town.

I don't normally do reviews about grocery stores because there's really no point but I wanted to say I went in today and I had to get a LOT of groceries. I'm really pregnant, had my baby strapped to me and my toddler in the cart. There was no lanes open only self checkout. I asked a worker named Angela if they could possibly open a lane for us. She got someone to open a lane and even stayed and helped me unload and reload all my groceries. The lady checking me out was also super sweet I think it was her lunch break but she stopped to help anyway. Those ladies deserve all the raises, I couldn't thank them enough!

Do NOT place an online order with this ridiculous store. I've had so many horrible experiences, from orders not being delivered, to having to call to because my delivery window passed without a word from them, to someone taking a fake picture of my so called delivered order that was never placed on my porch. I hate that this is the closest store to me but I'm at the point where I'd rather drive 15 minutes to Aldi than patronize this business. I don't know who you all have working in delivery or what kind of management is in place but throw the whole staff away because you are so unprofessional. They have no problem immediately taking money from your account but you have to wait 5-10 business days for it to be refunded for THEIR ineptitude and screw ups. I wish I could give zero stars.

Placed a grocery order this morning for delivery for 9 pm. They send me an email and text about my substitutions and i approved them. I got a text at 8:54pm saying my groceries would be here by 9. It is 9:21 when i see this so I look outside no groceries I check to track my groceries shows the little car on the map on the other side of town going toward aberdeen. I don't know whats going on so im on the phone calling walmart online messaging walmart trying to get up with anyone cause i have spent over $100 on these groceries. Finally get a human on the phone at walmart after 10 he said there was a mix up the took the wrong groceries and he didn't have anyone there to bring mine and now they were closed. I had to cancell my deliever and wait until the next day.

Decent enough, I stopped here for a food shop. This Supercenter was in pretty decent condition with full shelves and clearly marked prices. No enforcement of masks and less than half of shoppers were wearing them properly, but that's how it goes for Walmart shoppers in rural areas. Short queue at the self checkout and I was on my way. Went to this Walmart late this morning with my senior Mom & when it was checkout time, there were zero cashiers open with humans working them. It was super crowded at the Scan & Go kiosks & the kiosks were not clean at all. Meanwhile there were three employees just standing there talking to each other so my Mom asked one of them why were all the checkout lanes closed & the employee said "oh we are having staffing issues." There were numerous store employees throughout the store just standing around talking to each other & there were also an overwhelming amount of Walmart employees pushing around personal shopping carts. My opinion is they need to keep at least one of their checkout counters open & available to senior citizens instead of diverting the register attendants to the personal shopper system. My mom drives an hour to shop at this location because the Walmart in Laurinburg is usually poorly stocked, so the least this Walmart could do is keep the scan & go kiosks wiped down & keep a register open for elderly shoppers.

Went in to purchase men's underwear. Had a hard time finding size LARGE! Very badly stocked, lots of empty shelves more often than not.

They have started this self check out, ok no problem. I go on at 12am I need the cashier to ring up a bottle of wine. I see her , I say can you help me please, she sees a male coworker she wants to flirt with and tells me to ring up everything then call her.....it was one item. The self check out is already cutting your job and you don't want to at least do the job you have? Walmart customer service is very bad, I'm getting to the point where I don't go unless everything else is closed

The worst customer service. The young people don't want to work, they are extremely rude and lazy. Even the managers don't care about the customers. I really hate this Walmart. The pregnant girl working the customer service is worthless.

Went shopping for food approximately 4:00 pm on Friday, only 2 registers staffed, both lines were 8 people deep out of 23 check out lines which were closed. By time we hit the check out the frozen food was defrosting and refrigerated food was getting warm... No management to be found, corporate take note of the many complaints this location has......

It doesn't even deserve 1 STAR! That's how much of horrible experience I've had with the Customer service associate there ( She's a short dense clueless Redhead, mid 30s - early 40s. ). I told her how to process a transaction and she looked at me all lazily and said she didn't know what I was talking about, then proceeded to call her coworker Charlotte over to do exactly what I was explaining to her. Someone please get her out of there! She has such a bad attitude. I spent 10 mins of my life telling Ms. Strawberry shortcake how to do her job

Bout a window unit. Had for 4 months it quit working. Thank god I still have receipt because it was over $200 right. Wrong took it back and they won't help at all. A window unit didn't even last me the whole summer. That's just wrong. All the money Walmart gets from me daily. I live check to check and told them this. I can't afford to buy another I shouldn't have to this one is 4 months old and I didn't get the cheapest I got a good one because I wanted it to last so what am I supposed to do Walmart don't care. Got my money and that's it. I'm still gonna try to talk to the higher ups because it's hot and I just bought this

Terrible experience. I called this Raeford Walmart hoping to talk to the Garden Center and the phone rang and rang. Thing finally answered but electronics told them I wanted the Garden Center. Transferred me to a cashier. She said she couldn't help me. I hung up and recalled asking to speak to the manager on duty. After ten minutes I hung up. The store manager needs to be terminated with a new staff that cares. Walt
