I was in need of a new iPad and Junior hooked it up. He was very knowledgeable and not only did I leave with a new iPad, I ended up with a cheaper monthly bill as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Natasha at the Raeford Verizon store provided exceptional service during my recent visit. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect solution for my needs. Natasha's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the options available. Thanks to her expertise, I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and satisfied with the overall experience. I went to the Raeford NC store with my father who had an issue with his phone not charging. Natasha greeted us and carefully explained options. She was very pleasant and professional with us. Great experience!

Make sure you go to a Verizon corporate store. The Raeford location is an authorized dealer and after having a cell phone for 25 years with several different carriers this by far has been the worst experience ever. We pulled 2 phones off an existing account and added a new line. The rep couldn’t figure it out and had to call Verizon customer service. She was rolling her eyes and acting as if they were incompetent. Turns out everyone I’ve dealt with the last 3 weeks was. We were there over 3 hours. We were told our cases would be discounted and we would only be charged one $35 activation fee. Not only was nothing discounted but there were 3 activation fees on my first Verizon bill that I had to get refunded because I paid it in the store. The cellular sales rep put the wrong plan in for all 3 phones that Verizon customer service had to fix and credit. We were supposed to get an $830 promo credit per line for trading in 3 phones it was only on 2. Because it’s not a Verizon store Verizon customer service could not put the promo on because they didn’t see the trade in. I had to go into the store almost a week later because no one could help me and the rep would not return calls. The rep was unable to factory reset the phone so I was told to bring in another phone. Over a week later there was still no credit. I called the store and the rep told me she had to send an email about it and would get back to me. They apparently don’t have a supervisor so I was given a number to a team leader who never called back. I called cellular sales customer service and they had no clue what I was talking about. I had to go to the store again just to have the rep slide my trade in back to me because she couldn’t figure the promo out and really couldn’t careless. I called cellular customer service in the store and despite the rep telling them she has the trade in phone they still had to open a ticket that could take 7 to 10 business days to fix. By this time I am over every one. I contacted Verizon customer service to cancel my service and they advised that all the rep has to do was put the trade in phone into inventory and they could put the promo on. I went back to the store again and had the rep do as they asked and it was fixed in less than an hour. I would think someone that had be there 3 years would know that. Cellular sales had the audacity to ask me to rate their service. It’s terrible. There is a complete breakdown of communication between Verizon, cellular sales, and the rep I worked with. I received another email from cellular sales 3 days after my account was corrected assuring me they were correcting the issue. I had to tell them it was done and please do not touch my account. So disappointing and frustrating.

I went in to take care of some business, and instead of dreading the process, I was walked through it nicely and comfortably. The representative Grier was an absolute joy to work with. He was very friendly, calm, and patient throughout the process and I can't thank him enough for turning what I thought would be a very uncomfortable visit into an extremely pleasant one!

Brought my mom in to get a new phone yesterday and right off the get we were greeted by a young man that was absolutely amazing. From start to finish Antwan was patient and helpful explaining everything from differences in phones to what we needed to do traveling outside of the US. He was absolutely just pleasant. You have a gem here.

This is a outstanding store. They were more helpful than the Laurinburg store. All questions from my account to getting a new phone. All Laurinburg wanted to do was push a new phone. She went as far as to order one, which I didn't want or told to order.
