I was recommended to this spot by Luis at 401 Nutrition another great nutrition spot here in Raeford. Today visit was absolutely outstanding. I was met with a clean and classy modern enviornment with neat places so sit and take cute pictures with your family.
The staff was absolutely on par with answering questions and making suggestions based on my preferences. There was so much to choose from and Marta was able to make me exactly what I wanted.
The drink choice for me today was the cinnamon pecan smoothy and was made perfectly with nutritional suppliments and real cinnamon and pecan. I could not be happier with todays choice.
