Pure Performance Automotive installed my exhaust for me. Chris explained everything before I left my truck with them and told me how long it would take. They called me the same day and I picked it up. All I can say is I am very impressed! My truck sounds great, and the new exhaust tips are installed evenly and also look great! I definitely recommend Pure Performance Automotive for exhaust work!

I took my vehicle to be inspected here because the normal place I normally go the guy was out until Saturday they never took my car in the shop I was only there for 5 minutes and they charged me $22.75 for an inspection when I only paid $13 and some change at my normal place and never had an issue with my window tint they never even moved my car from sitting on the grass so it was never in the shop. They got my money told me it was ready then he comes around and starts telling me it didn't pass inspection and that I had 60 days to go online and apply for a medical exemption for my window tint I've never had anybody ever say anything about my Windows 10 never had a cop pull me over about my window tint or anything. The place I normally go to get my car inspected has never said anything about my window tint I've never had an issue with my 2017 Nissan Murano passing inspection. I told the guy I feel like I just got taken they took my money then they said there was a problem they act like there was no problem until they got my money they gave me a quarterback out of 23.00 and then all of a sudden there's a problem. I suggest to everyone reading this do not take your vehicle here if you want a true inspection like I said they never even took it inside the shop I never seen them or heard them blow the horn cuz I was standing outside smoking a cigarette before I could even finish my cigarette the guy said you can go pay the lady whenever you're ready and yes I was thinking that's the fastest inspection I've ever had and was thinking maybe I was going to have to pay before they completed it the inspection but now I see why heat eyeballed everything they didn't check my headlights they didn't blow the horn they didn't do all the normal stuff that they would do in a regular inspection. They are a bunch of crooks.

Worst auto shop. Went for oil change and inspection. They do not carry all oils, and they didn’t fill the car up with the oil they did have. Oil level is low after the change with no leaks. They failed my inspection because 1 tire wasn’t the best. Tread was in yellow instead of green ratings and tried to sell me a tire for $100. When I said no they failed the entire inspection and still charged for the inspection. Do not bring your car here.

This people don't know what they are doing, the manager is out of control, please don't go to that place, they take your money and don't do the job, in top of that they talked very bad to the customers, the manager gets very loud and in customers face, something is definitely wrong in that place.

TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, MEAN, LIAR. Will never set foot on this place ever again. Y'all, don't believe the "perfect" ratings - they are plants. This place will destroy your vehicle. Why? Not sure - maybe to get more business from you? I've talked to 3 other customers because I'm filing a formal complaint. Beware.

I think the guy there has mental problems. I truly do. Took my car to get inspected and for an oil/filter change. He failed the inspection in over FIVE areas (just the week before, my mechanic said it would pass with no problem). When I tried to question the guy over the inspection problems, he couldn't provide me with a straight answer on anything he said was wrong. I asked him for SPECIFICS on why steering, emergency brake, etc. failed, and he said it was his professional opinion. Absolute GARBAGE answers. Drove it straight over to another inspection station, paid again, and it PASSED PERFECTLY - SAME DAY!!!! Not to mention that he charged me $85 for an oil/filter change - HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Lost money, time, and wish I could kick his a**. He'll come across someone who won't take his s**t one day. Meanwhile, I will tell everyone I can NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. Wish I'd never seen it. Thought it would be quick in, quick out - no one was waiting. Terrible luck on my part. AVOID THIS PSYCHO AT ALL COSTS. Hope he loses his business. One last thing - went back because the engine was making a ticking noise right when we left - did not have that noise when we drove in there. Took it back and the assistant opened the hood and wiped the engine and belts down - the guy had carelessly spilled oil over the engine and didn't bother to clean it up. Like a LOT of oil. He pulled me aside and whispered, "Listen, um, don't come back here if you can help it." HIS ASSISTANT!!!! I'm telling you, this guy has lost his marbles, and even his employees know it. Now, suddenly, my left rear tire is losing air at the rim. My mechanic showed me where the rim has been bent back. If I could get him on camera, I'd sue him for everything he owns. I could be wrong, of course, but I highly suspect he did it. What did I ever do to this as*ho*e except try to give him a little business? Finally, another guy came in and had ripped his privacy film off his car and was returning to pass inspection - he was 2% over the dark meter and the guy wouldn't pass him. He was FURIOUS. Said he had never failed with that tint on for over 3 years. Please listen to me - *****AVOID*****

These unprofessional and do not know what they are doing idiots tried to cause my child harm. They so called Replaced the brakes but did not tighten up the bleeder causing all the brake fluid to leak out resulting in the brakes being difficult to stop almost causing an accident and distress on a young child driving her vehicle. Do not go there if you want things done right!!! They will soon have a lawsuit!!!!!
