Kranenburg Canine Training Center
1121 Diehl St, RaefordWe took our one year old lab to the 7 day board and train and noticed a big difference immediately. He no longer pulls on the leash and is better with jumping and so much more. Would definitely recommend! The price point is good and very nice people! Will definitely take any future dogs to them.

The Mill At Puppy Creek
1825 Johnson Mill Rd, RaefordThe Mill is a staple for our house as it is quite literally a mile down the road. They are under new ownership and revamping their menu so we decided to give it a try. I can honestly tell you that this is the first time in three years that I have seen the restaurant busy. We've been in the past on Friday but tonight, it was hopping. Service was great and incredibly attentive compared to the past. The restaurant still has the same look and vibe which feels a lot like home at times. We tried the mozzarella as an appetizer and it was huge. It almost resembled a fried grilled cheese without the bread. Definitely worth splitting with the table but ooh so much cheese. It was tasty. The Chicken Parm sandwich was so big there was leftovers. Someone had the Blackberry Brie Grilled Cheese that looked absolutely amazing. I had the Smashburger which was okay. It came with the smash sauce and it just honestly didn't go. The bun had so much butter on it that the butter flavor really stuck out. However, smash sauce would be absolutely amazing with fried shrimp! I definitely missed the cowboy burger from before. Pretzels and a beer cheese sauce would be a tasty add on too!
