This is a hub store and O'Rliey is usually cheaper then the other 4 auto part's stores but still shop prices . The part I was searching for they didn't have but was in system for $275 plus tax....I found the same part on line for $26 and no not from Amazon ! The part is electronic and unfortunately made in MEXICO / China ...either way I still have to wait and pay $10 shipping from California.

These guys were so thoughtful. I’m totally capable of replacing the bulb we needed, but the young guy came out and installed it so we wouldn’t drive off with a burned out brake light.

No disrespect or hate on autozone or other auto part stores but this O’reillys in particular has great service, the people here know what they’re talking about and actually try to help with your problems, if they don’t they’ll figure it out what it is you need even if you don’t walk out the store with a purchase, great people here. One of the best O’reillys I’ve been to.

I called ahead to see if they had what I needed. It was my first time going to this location. But like every other O'Reilly's I've ever shopped in they did not disappoint. Devin answered the phone when I arrived he was helping another customer. But he came and found me as soon as he was done. He found the part I needed and came out to the car and made sure it fit, thanks again O'Reilly's Raeford NC right off 401 south.

Just walked into O'Reilly today, was immediately greeted by "Christopher", I asked him if I could have my battery tested. He responded "Yes Sir", very enthusiastic. Came out front, tested my battery and offered to also test my alternator. Both checked out in good working condition! He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant demeanor and a total professional. I really appreciate the Great service from Christopher and plan on using O'Reilly for All my automotive needs!! Thanks Christopher, keep up the Great work!! You are a true asset!!!

I visited today and there were only 2 ladies working the counter and being pulled in multiple directions between customer service and vehicle maintenance I would implore the management of this facility to hire more help because there were a large number of customers from 11 to 12 who didn't get service at a appropriate time because of Staffing issues.

I went and got my product and the customer service was awesome. He went the extra mile helping me because it was dark and I didn't want to put my part on in the dark and the associate stay out there with me until I was finished. Awesome!
