My husband bought me some flowers and we're so disappointed cause it came so different compared to the one in the picture and it was so expensive. The flowers were so different and it look kinda dead and kinda old. He sent some emails and he called to the place but he didn't receive any response back, he said is the first and las time he buy in that place and he does not recommend it.

The owner of the shop has a lot of passion. The set up and plants / antiques sold are gorgeous. I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day and showed a picture of what I wanted. When the flowers showed up they were beautiful, but not like the picture. The colors were correct, but it did not have the fan shape or style I was looking for. Gorgeous arrangement, but if you have something specific - they might take it a different direction. Please refer to pictures to see the photo I showed and the flowers I got. Gorgeous and I will for sure order again and again just different - don't try and hinder the creativity Calico Corner has!

I sent flowers and a balloon to someone special and the balloon had the wrong message from what was ordered. When I called them, I was told with a laugh it was a mix-up but they were not willing to take a new one for a $6 balloon. I/she could come by and pick up a new one if we like. Well, guess what, that $6 will cost you a lot more in the long run. I will not do business with this company or its sister company Calico Corner of Raeford who actually delivered them. By the way, here is their guarantee: "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We take pride in our work, and stand behind every arrangement we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right."

Some of the roses had brown petals, one rose flower was broken in half. Not the best service from Faye's, usually much better.

I called Faye's at 11:15 AM on Monday morning and by 5:00 PM that afternoon they had a beautiful red, white, and blue patriotic grave side arrangement at the funeral home ready for the viewing.

Do not place an order with this Faye's Florist online. I ordered flowers on Wed, May 4th to be delivered to my Mother in Fayetteville on Fri, May 6th in advance of Mother's Day on Sun, May 8. I received a email confirmation on 5/4 and my credit charge was charged on 5/5. The flowers were not delivered. I called and spoke with the owner of the shop, Jeremy, on Mon, May 9th and was told glitches happen and that mine was not the only order that didn't get processed. Jeremy said his long time customers call him directly and he ensures that their orders are taken care of. I told him if he wants new customers he should put a notice on the his shop's website to state to phone in orders and not to accept them online. Neither Jeremy or Sylvia (shop worker I spoke to first) seemed to have any concern that I was disappointed that my Mother did not receive her flowers. They offered to "possibly" deliver the flowers today (the day after Mother's Day) or give me a refund. I took the refund.

The ladies at the store are super awesome. I called them with a very unconventional order two days before Valentines,and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They worked with me to find a price that was reasonable and delivered the flowers on the same day. I will definitely use them again.

On VERY short notice Ms Theresa was able to create a prom corsage for my daughter that was so pretty it was picky teenager approved! When she went to pick it up, the text message I got read: "OM*G!! This is GORGEOUS!" The customer service and the product were 5 star in my book. I cannot thank Faye's Corner Florist enough!

Faye's Corner Florist has done it again, they always go above and beyond for their customers. It's so nice to walk in and get that personnel time with the owner and her employees. Teresa has always treated her customers as if they were the only one she has. She always gives one on one time for her customers. I have been in there may times and get to see first have how awesome her work is, whether it is for a happy or sad occasion she does outstanding work. Keep up the great work, and also making your customers feel so important.
