Store was very clean however Store Manager customer service was very unfriendly. She kept her head down and no eye contact when asked about a product. Very unprofessional she acted as though I was bothering her.

Rude manager. She also stayed on her cell phone talking away during transactions. She's smart tho, uses a wireless so the cameras don't catch her.

Need better customer service! Went to get paper products for my business(est. 1972). My check was not accepted, and no reason was given as to why. I know for a fact that the check was good. I suspect the use an ACH like TeleCheck and we all know how terrible their algorithm is. I will gladly take by business to someone who appreciates a customer, no matter what form of payment they offer. If you are not going to take a check then put a sign on the door! This is about Family Dollar stores in Sanford, North Carolina!!!!!!!!
