She is professional, helpful and friendly and always reaches out to let me know if there are combination changes or other updates. This facility is located near a residential area and off the beaten path so not much activity in and out to worry about folks leaving the main gate open. Brittnie was very accomodating in helping me vacate the unit at the end of my term since I had moved and couldn't get back for the few things that had been left. I highly recommend Highway Mini Storage if in need of a unit in or around Goldsboro.”
