Our neighborhood Food Lion is very clean and affordable. The staff is very helpful and takes pride in their work. I just wish that when there are extra people to help at checkout . They would help the customer to put their stuff on the line instead of standing there like, "I can't wait to get off work at 6. Other than that, I'm good.

Best gas prices for 50 miles usually, I pass everyday between Raleigh and Goldsboro and nowhere else has better prices.

Fresh vegetables and art work, by local artist. Antique store across the street awesome also. THE FARM MARKET ONLY OPEN ONLY SATURDAYS FROM 8:00am to 2:00pm. Worth the trip.

Stop by this store quiet a bit to and from work. Recently I stop going in the mornings since ringing me up was a problem to the cashier. She always act like she hates to see customers come in. She fell to realize we the customers is the ones that keep that store operational.i advise anyone looking a job look elsewhere because that little lady is something ELSE!! I even called around Christmas to Mr. Ormond about his employee but was told he no longer owns the store. A business grows with good management and great customer service.. Hopefully the manager can eventually see there's a problem and make some changes for the best interest of her employer
