Ormond's 120 gallon propane tanks on the showroom floor with sticker for $1099 on them are not the same quality as the ones that are actually available for purchase.However the rating for the install technician is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star was friendly, courteous and communicative and did his best to make it right with the limited options he had.

Our gas log repair began in Oct 2022. After 3 trips to evaluate them the parts were ordered and they arrived in January 2023. Travis came out as scheduled and had the remote device switched out in no time. He did a great job, friendly, efficient, & pulled his shoes off at the door. Nice young man!!

This office is super friendly and informative. Although I reside in a different town, I prefer to call the Princeton office for any questions or refills. First time living in a propane heated home and the first month was super stressful, however, they were great help even informing me they had same day delivery available with an extra charge. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Ormond has been our propane provider for a couple of years now, and has always been on-the-spot with our deliveries, ensuring we never run out. We just had a new set of gas logs installed by Travis, and he did an excellent job. He was quick, polite, and took the time to explain how everything worked.
