Jeffrey Crawford is an old school mechanic and a friend. He isn't just a fitter ( parts off parts on ) .He has been called upon when the Harley dealer down the road needed assistance. He takes time to explain things and is a motorcycle Enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge and passion for motorcycles . So I took my 97 evo for oil in carb and filter (puking). And a Crank case leak, as well as inspection. And a once over since I just bought it. We'll he changed the crank case seal, but it's still puking out of the filter. He said he'd put a bypass filter thing to help it. I'm told now it's a valve seal maybe. And now broke down on side of road. He didn't fix my ride. I paid $500 for inspection n crank seal. Now he don't remember even working on my bike 3 weeks ago. Didn't ask me to bring it back or nothing. Just not happy with that

Above and beyond!!! Had some issues with a bike on a Saturday afternoon that the local harley shop couldn't fix, and they sent us here. He got us in right away and got us back on the road in a short time and at a reasonable price!! Thanks a million the Minnesota crew

Happy Independence day! Gotta give a shout out to Jeff at First Flight Motorcycles in Powell's point NC for working today and putting a new tire on my limping Heritage Softail. In and out in about an hour and she's road ready again.

Rode down from Pennsylvania on the bike I just built and realized 400 miles from home that I have a problem. I called Jeff and told him what was going on and he asked me to try and safely get it there. He stopped what he was doing to help me out, fixed the problem that I knew I had, and noticed my front tire was dry rotted to the point that I probably wouldn't have made it home (he pretty much saved my life).

Stopped in there today after living here for 20 years. The owner, mechanic, Jeff is a stand up, honest, gentlemen. I will never shop at OBXHD again. I’m glad there’s guys like him left.
