Please inform your delivery people that their job is to deliver mail, NOT gossip about people on their route to other people on their route. You have no idea the trauma your employee has caused to multiple people!! People’s personal business is NONE OF YOURS! You have no idea of what really happens between people, as people lie and exaggerate about others. And your employees are making it worse by partaking in it. DO YOUR JOB OF DELIVERING MAIL AND STAY OUT OF PEOPLES PERSONAL BUSINESS!!!

I love this post office. The employees are quick and efficient. They also maintain their cool when dealing with very rude and abusive customers. I was in there the other day when a gentleman was cussing at the sweet clerk at the front counter. He did not even live in the town in which the office serviced the mail delivery for and was irate that his delivering office (the next town over) had misdelivered a parcel to him.The employee was trying to explain that he would have to notify his delivering office of the mistake in order to rectify it.He proceeded to curse her out and throw a parcel at her across the counter.She handled it well and told him to leave without ever losing her cool.

Rude argumentative employee. Went here while running errands to return someone else's package delivered to my address (only a few miles from this post office). She said I need to take it to a different post office and would not accept the fact that it was USPS mistake to have delivered to my address and it wasn't my job to rectify their mistake. After some back and forth arguments, she snatched the package from my hands, yelled "...God..." and threw it in the corner.

0 help. My printer at home wouldn’t work. Won’t help you print or help you with tape. What kind of horrible postal service won’t help you ship.

At the post office before work, supposed to open at 8:30, at 8:35 I knock on the door. I hear a woman in the office say “can’t believe they’re knocking on the door already”. Well maybe if you opened on time I wouldn’t have to knock. There is at least 3 people there and not one could open the door. I know it was only 5 minutes but I got there on time and you should be too

Always fairly short lines at the counter. Fast, friendly service. I just have to remember that they close early (11-12) for lunch because they start early in the morning.

Post office has went down hill mail is never in the P.O. Box’s on time , I never get mail at my home , missing mail, and my packages are always held at the post office and no one can tell me why or fix it ! The mail service is terrible and so is the post master she is rude and not helpful

I've had a box there since last year. They have helped locate several packages for me that were stuck in Greensboro distribution centers and gotten them to the post office for me within a day each time. I've held boxes at multiple post offices and they are my favorite.

Refuse to print shipping labels, their main priority is talking amongst themselves and not shipping packages until they feel like it.
