“My Lenovo laptop would not boot up and I kept getting a message that the automatic repair could not fix it. Took the laptop to CWNC expecting to have to leave it and pay for repair. Instead the tech guy told me how to fix it myself. I am computer illiterate and really did not understand what he was talking about, but I came back home and did what he said, and my laptop was fixed. He could have charged me for the repair but did not. I would highly recommend this place if you need computer repair”
“I've been to this Apple Store several times, most recently for a demo of the new Apple VisionPro.I booked the appointment for the demo online and a very friendly employee (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) met me right on time.The employee first explained the gestures of the glasses to me in detail and then carried out the setup with me. I was really impressed with how he explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner.Now all I need is the necessary “small change” to be able to buy the VisionPro, but the great employee definitely aroused my enthusiasm.”
