Updating my review from there call center who gave me a bad experience with scheduling my childs appointment, The office called today, and didn't hesitate to schedule it. That call center thing that there number is linked too, is trash though.

Avoid if you can. I had to wait for the doctor for over 45 minutes and not a single person throughout that time came in to apologize. Finally I just left. It is shameful, unprofessional and downright rude.

Heard they were accepting new patients and called to schedule a visit. Customer service / scheduler was rude and put me on speaker phone without asking. And then got snippy and defensive when I asked if I was, in fact, on speaker phone in a doctor’s office. “That’s why I’m in a room with the window closed (insert attitude).”She hadn’t told me that. How was I supposed to know?If she had qualified from the start that she was training and asked if it was okay to put me on speaker in a room with the window closed I might have been okay with it - but I heard a lot of background noise so it makes me wonder if that window really was closed. And given this was my first interaction with their office I hung up. Now I read the comments below and I’m glad I did.

Go somewhere else to make an appointment! They never answer the phone. Spoke to someone else in the building and the front desk people were just sitting there talking to each other.

I went to get blood work and the desk next to get blood work got worse and was very rude to me and my grandma .The note to get blood work done was pretty confusing when patients who saw a doctor can just walk in so I felt miss lead. Really disappointed.

(I have known anxiety when it comes to the doctors office) Today I was refused a physical Dr. Civiletti because I said no to a pap smear or blood work, after saying no she continued to press me about how important it is and how "personally" she needed to do a full physical before I can get my birth control prescription. This triggered my anxiety and made me panic. She then told me that I was not "mentally ready" for a physical and that is why she won't preform it either even though I was perfectly fine before she began pressing me about my blood work and pap smear. I will be changing doctors after this experience. Legally I do not need a pap smear to receive birth control.

I drove an hour to get to this practice. Waited in line at the front desk for over ten minutes. Since it was ten minutes past my appointment time when I finally got to the front of the line, I could not be seen. The rude doctor repeated told me I wouldnt need to take vitamins if I only"ate right" every time I went in. After my last doctor who had retired. Had prescribed my vitamins because my irritated intestines obviously was not absorbing nutrients and I ended up in the hospital. Even on my vitamines and extra iron pills, I'm still too anaemic to donate blood to the red cross. I try to eat right. Unfortunately I'm allergic to some foods and intolerant to many others. I assumed all that was in my records.

Pretty unprofessional pathetic experience with this UNC annex. Doctors constantly leaving so have to find a new doc every year and now they send you to a PA instead of the specialist they work under so you make multiple trips to find out what is wrong since if there is a specialist doc they only come to the location once a month. Very hard to get a person to answer the phone to make an appointment or any issue. Filling scripts is a nightmare. Takes weeks to months to get it to happen. Not wasting any more time with UNC.

Took from April - July to get a first appointment with my new Doctor, which is absolutely ridiculous- but incredibly worth the wait! I selected Dr. Anne Collins. She made a fantastic first impression on my husband and I (she sees the both of us, separately). She is prompt and arrives on time, she has good communication skills with her nurse Margaret (who is super cute and friendly!). Anne is professional in her appearance and the way she carries herself. She is a great listener as well! She ticked every box on my list, and I have not had to come back to see her. She took care of it all. Whenever I reach out on my portal, she replies within the next few hours. This level of service has been unimaginable to me, as I come from Canada where healthcare is free, slow, and the doctors act like they dont care. What a treat for me it has been to be seen at UNC. We need more doctors like Dr. Anne Collins.

My physician and the front desk have been great but unfortunately I am unable to say the same for the nurses. The ones that I have come across this far have been rude at best. I called to see if I could get an antibiotic called in for a sinus infection which they couldn't do without seeing me. That's fine, I had no problem going in but when I asked for an appointment they said it would be about 2 weeks before I could get in and that maybe I should consider going to Urgent Care if I didn't want to wait. Also have been having issues with my prescriptions being messed up. I take 2 combo meds and the past 2 months received the correct prescriptions as well as individual scripts for each compound. I had to call express scripts to fix it myself because it "wasn't her problem". I hate that insurance companies have ruined good doctors offices because they demand overly full and overlapping schedules making it impossible for someone to get the proper care they deserve.

Hannah Dodson misdiagnosed me a couple years ago. Also put me on the wrong antibiotic for what she diagnosed me for. Diagnosed with diverticulitis when it was actually a swollen spleen.

The most caring doctors and staff, I drive 40 minutes to see these doctors. I am very happy with every visit, highly recommended!!
