The young lady was super helpful with helping me update a presentation that had already been bound and was missing a few pages. She was super busy and took her time to make sure it was correct.

If you have a amazon return do not go here they refused a amazon box and amazon had delivered me that same box that product came in i had box closed with tape. Have been to other ups stores and never had no problem. Sure will not be using this store anymore

Went there to copy some oversized documents and was planning to go USPS next door to mail them. I asked Giselle only to show me the copying machine but she came out to help me and very professionally copied all my docs, waited on me patiently so I decided to might as well mail from there. She double checked everything including the addresses. Everything was done so smoothly.
She is simply the best, need more people like her.

I drove 45 minutes to ship several packages for work. I arrived at 10:15 am on Saturday and the TruValue attendant said no one showed up for UPS today.

This is most expensive UPS shipping location ever been to! They wanted $25 to ship very small, 7.8 oz envelope pkg & the post office was only $9.60 for priority mail with same delivery time or maybe shorter. The post office said they’ve had other Pittsboro folks come in for same reason & one international pkg this UPS store wanted about $700 for, they shipped for around $200. I used to ship pkgs all the time by UPS at hardware store, but can’t afford it now. Very disappointed.

There was a girl in there named Gisselle who was so kind and patient in helping me figure out a way to get on my phone and download and send the correct information to help me return a package. She must have taken 5-6 minutes being so kind to navigate me to the correct pages to help with my return.

I’m so grateful to have this store right in town. Very nice people. I’ve never had a problem at all and it’s fun to look around the hardware store.

Tried three times to get documents notarized. I even called in advance to confirm, only to be told that the notary called to say he would be late that day when I arrived at the store.
