Above and beyond, every time. Showroom Shine exceeded my expectations and I'll bet they'll exceed yours. They'll come to you, or you can find them between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro at North Chatham Village aka Cole Park Plaza.
My family operates Floral Expressions, the flower shop across the highway from Showroom Shine. They cleaned our grungy delivery van and absolutely blew us away with the quality of their work and their high level of communication.

Best place to get your car detailed!!!!! Such a nice guy. The entire process took only 1hour and they made sure everything was super clean. Would highly recommend to get ur cars detailed by this guy. Reasonable price than other places who takes so much time to clean and it’s not even worth it!

Ricky and Showroom Shine were responsive to my concerns in an earlier review. He reached out to me promptly,, came by to correct the problems from my previous service and went above and beyond to make my car look great. Really appreciate that they took the initiative to contact me rather than the other way around. Mistakes happen, but they more than made up for it!

Never Ever Again...I love my Cars, always clean and detail them myself. Had a big family trip planned and out of town guests were flying in and all 3 of my cars would be used to travel locally. I thought I would treat myself and them by getting them all detailed. I am an honest and fair person. I paid 450$ dollars on 2 gold packages and 1 platinum package to be done at my address. All 3 cars were "completed" by two individuals in 58 minutes. 58 minutes...What the cars received was equivalent to a spray wash at the local car wash and an interior wipe down with an Armor All soaked rag. It was bad...really bad..untouched areas, bird poo still on the car, streaked up mess, tire protectant on one side only BAD...I never write these reviews, but i feel so ripped off, this had to happen...not only did i not take a job off of my very busy schedule at very genuine expense, i had to spend the rest of a day I did not have to spend carrying each vehicle to a local handwash center, one at a time and have them actually cleaned at an additional 75 dollars per car. I have almost 700 dollars invested in washing and quick detailing and vacuuming 3 cars. I knew the second they said they were done what i was in for, and asking them to correct anything was pointless given the absolute pathetic first attempt...i will never let them touch anything I own ever again anyway, so a raincheck is also out of the question. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF...This was a robbery...straight up.

Hands down Rick and his team did a great job! The van’s carpet had several stains from the kids that they were able to remove. They responded to my messages and were able to accommodate us to our schedule. I would strongly recommend them. They were very professional and friendly. Look forward to next time.
