Talked to someone just second to get them to put new engine in my s10 truck he told me he wasn’t interested in working on my truck but this supposed to be a business that work on cars rude in racists when he heard I was black tune changed but a company up the road told me to bring it just a second ago jw is unprofessional don’t do business with them they take who they want there not professional at all.i never do business with them if you at color they treat you differently sad but true first experience never again or call them karma ugly who would deny a 1000s dollars job never seen me but heard me no thanks definitely racists bye Karen.

This is a really good shop. The people there are honest and friendly and do excellent work. They seem to enjoy what they are doing so it has a great atmosphere. It feels right. Emily and Nikki in the front office area are great. Fair prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend J & W Automotive.

Had brake problems on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra and received an initial estimate from another "reputable" repair shop for over $2,000. Took it to J & W and they diagnosed it as a very simple problem and completed the repairs for just over $125.00. Everything has been working perfectly since then.
