I've been to Howard Automotive several times now. Each visit showed me that not only Barry, the co owner and chief mechanic, knows what he is doing, but his partner Jennifer is very knowledgeable too. She speaks in a clear and concise manner and is forthright in her recommendations. She has saved me more than $2k over the past few years, compared to what the dealership would have charged me. This speaks to the trust and honesty this family owned business offers. Barry has been able to repair tire issues r/t the rim and do other work that Chapel Hill Tire couldn't do. Most recently, a mouse chewed through parts near the fuel pump and tank. Hendrick Toyota of Apex charged us $153 just for the assessment of rodent damage and quoted us a $1550 cost plus tax to repair the damage. Howard Auto charged 0 for the assessment and $126. for repair.Services: Brakes

I brought my car into Howard Auto for the first time on Friday, 8/5 to repair a slow leaking tire. Barry was great in showing me the damaged tire, explaining my options, and then repairing. Great service! The exceptional service started with his wife, Jennifer, two days before when she immediately responded to my email inquire. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Schedule my car inspection, took it in on time and they started right on time. Took 20-30 minutes for an inspection and emissions check. Very friendly and efficient!
