“Went in a few weeks ago to find and purchase a Christmas Tree. As I was heading to the checkout, I realized I needed a cart. The tree box was clumsy and I was struggling to carry it.An associate named Raney came to my aid. She told me to just "stay put" and she would find and bring me a flat cart. She came back a short time later with a cart. She then asked if there was anything else I needed. That is AWESOME customer service!!! Raney, THANK YOU!”
