“We regularly shop at this Food Lion - it is nicely laid out and generally has all the items we're looking for in a regular grocery trip. We have gotten accustomed to using the self-checkout lanes, but were pleasantly surprised when an employee, Nikki, offered to check us out during our visit today. She was friendly and courteous, and handled our groceries carefully. The interaction was a lovely reminder of the power of a kind smile or word to others. Thank you Nikki for being so friendly - we hope your management sees this and rewards you for your positive impact on our (and I'm sure others') day.”
