Cashier looked at me and then ignored me silently for a weirdly long amount of time. Was awkward and cringe-inducing, not to mention rude and horrible business sense of course. I just walked out and tried to forget that miserable excuse for a human interaction.

Came here late at night, assistant manager was outside smoking in front of the entrance. When I was ready to pay she was still at the entrance. I waited a few minutes then she came and was on the phone. She stayed on the phone while I was cashing out and wasn’t very nice. Very trashy behavior

This business also has a Subway, that's why I said yes to the questionnaire, about alcohol sales. It's a convenience store that sales gas. They also sale non ethanol gas, 90 octane ( Which I use).

I go there regularly for gas. Most of the time the staff is friendly. There is one particular staff member who is never pleasant. I also stopped getting coffee there as there cream selection is awful. Somedays there is only powdered cream, somedays little creamer cups and others flavored creamer squirt bottles. No consistency.

The cashier ☹️is racist, she was there to pay for 12 beers and 2 people in front of me were paying for beers and I just asked her her date of birth and when I looked at her Hispanic she asked me for ID to which I replied why didn't she ask I went to the two people first to what he was upset about and he didn't buy anything anymore, he didn't agree with that, he went to the door to insult me, my grandmother, who told him that God would take care of her and bless her, to which I replied rudely that we shouldn't harass her store and well, the truth is that I won't go back to what I told him, look for God, there he kept grinning at us at what I best left the store

This station is not a Cruisers, but a Refuel 115. I have a gas receipt from there.They are based in S.C. And have actually bought all the Cruisers locations in NC. They were falsely advertising gas prices showing E85 not regular, but not on sign, tricky. I do not plan on going back to this location,new, again because of their deceptive pricing. They have raised most of their prices inside but offer a lot of food, if you can catch it being taken up by 7pm. Not impressed with Refuel. Suggest other c-stores.

The cashier was not only rude to me but also rude to lady in front of me!!! She couldn't get the lid on her slushie and the cashier said you need to put more effort into it

Bathroom was modern but one of units was out of order. Ice machine was not working. Lids didn't fit cups. Fountain soda tasted a little off. Had interaction with three employees and they were all very nice and helpful. Basically stopped in for a pit stop and just glanced around but the store looked clean and well stocked. The outside was very nice and the store has a cool design. Definitely not a great start and definitely not a WaWa.

Would not return cheap face mask I bought , made me wait 10 minutes for manager to finally return it , then said he knew how to do return the item he just didn't want to because he didn't like me ... I was in the store for all of 1 minute,, TERRIBLE customer service

Bought $25 worth of gas. Was exhausted and drove away without paying. Called for four days. Left my info. No return calls. No one has a clue what’s going on there. They have no clue how much gas they sell apparently. They literally refused to refund me and took my $25. Thanks so much guys! I can totally afford that right now. Never again.
