I have had my phone since July of last year and I have been trying to just unlock it so I can use straight talk instead they are no help what so ever I went to the store they helped me none at all I called and they were even more no help this is not somewhere I will be going back to and never tell anyone to ever use them

while shopping for new cell service, I happened across Big Kay in Pisgah Forest. she sold me on cell service that was $50 a month/ unlimited w/ auto pay on the 1st of every month, plus a $25 activation fee.ok coolliebait n switchwhen I came back on the 1st of October for new cell serviceshe forgot to inform me of the taxes. I understand, but I askedpoint blank while I was shopping a few days b4 the 1st,$75 to get going, yes?Big Kay agreed in the affirmative. she w/ held the amount of taxes, the $10 sim card, $75 turned into $92. Big Kay lied right to my face. then on November 1st I'm suspended by cricket for nonpaymentwait, what.I have autopay on the 1st. $50come to find out cricket bills every 30 days, not the 30th of every month. so there really is no auto pay. on November 1st at 12:00:01am, instead of charging my card $50, as was agreed upon, I was turned off. cost $9 to reinstate via automated phone service.gee Big Kay, didnt tell me that either. so December 1st I'll be on some other carrier.cricket can go hop themselves w/ Big Kay...update:get thiswhile taking the pix for this post, Big Kay calls the cops on me, said I threatened her w/ a gun. ahahaha, whadda maron. petty, juvenile.yeah, well obviously the cops didn't believe hercause I wouldn't be writing this update if they did.be careful, very strange store.

The employee couldn't help me with my issues I was having and then wouldn't call customer service I had to call them and fix my own issue then went there at the Pisgah forest location twice sign on the door said they open at 12 went there at 1245 and they weren't open then either so I called at 142 and Noone answered worst company ever my son will be switching to boost mobile best company ever
