In the past several weeks, I’ve had occasion to call upon Pisgah Plumbing for several unrelated items. They were always prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable. I’d recommend you place them first on your list should plumbing needs arise.
Just had a minor, but essentially water flow issue in the kitchen. Rather than sending out a plumber, Brian talked me through the fix over the phone. Amazing service. Pisgah Plumbing will always be my “go to” plumbing service!!

I have found Pisgah Plumbing Services to be very responsive and professional. They go out of their way to help The Arc of Haywood County whenever we need them and they make sure things are done properly. I will gladly keep using them and appreciate them always being there when I call.

Brian of Pisgah Plumbing came to fix leak in basement same day I called. I’m sure it was past his usual quitting time but he came to fix the leak, not knowing how big a job awaited him. I am extremely grateful and thankful to have such a competent and reliable person to count on in an emergency!

I needed some water lines moved. After waiting 2 months on a different plumber the person basically cancelled on me. I called a few other plumbers but never received a return call. Finally I called B & B Pisgah plumbing. My call was answered when I called. Within a few days they showed up at the scheduled time and fixed my issues. They were prompt, very courteous and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I had been referred to a closer plumber in Rosman for a leaking spigot. They set the appointment and never showed up, nor returned my calls. I called B&B Plumbing and explained the other Plumber never showed up and now the spigot was leaking to the point I had to shut the water off. They were here the next day when they said they would be. I have learned a lesson.... call B&B Plumbing FIRST. Responsive, reasonable, professional and dependable.Service: Outdoor system repair

I am not certain why this company's rating isn't higher but I would rate them 5 stars all day long for communication, punctuality, work ethic, integrity, and cleanliness. I have had them in my home on 3 occasions and each time they have arrived at the time they promised, called as they were on their way, and started to work immediately as they walked through the door. They always try to go about fixing my problem with the least amount of follow up repair for me and when they are finished they don't leave me with a huge mess to clean up like some repairman. I go back to them because they are fair, honest, explain to/show me the problem and they fix it fast. That and they are very nice while doing it. You can't ask for more than that so they get 5 plus stars from me.
