Fantastic service! We were stranded on the highway on the holiday and three other companies quoted 4 hours to get to us. Northend arrived in under 20 minutes and safely towed our vehicle to the location we needed for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Crashed my car, this company was the one that had to hold it before it was sent out to auction.They allowed me to come get all my things out my car which was very gracious as I had many personal items in there. At the end of the day it’s more than just a job to them- I appreciate your help and empathy.

We stopped by around 4:30 on a Friday when our car was acting up on a road trip. Even though they couldn't fix the issue, they took time to check things out and help us narrow down what could be wrong. Their recommendations on where to find a good mechanic shop and where to go for a hotel for the night were lifesavers.It turned out to be worn out tires, and their warning not to keep driving was right on as well. We really appreciate the thoughtful help you gave us, our trip would have been far worse without you guys.

I just wanted to leave a review bragging on the older gentleman who was towing vehicles near Shoals road last night. I was coming off a hill that was a solid sheet of ice. I saw a Jeep Patriot with their hazard lights on so by the grace of God I was able to come to a complete stop on the ice. I saw 2 vehicles had ran off the sharp curve and almost totally over the bank. Well, 2 tow trucks arrived. There was an older gentleman in an older Ford truck. He helped get the jeep turned around so they could safely go back the other way. I sat and watched him and the other guys pull the other 2 vehicles that went off the road. After he finished he began walking to my car, and guided me on how to get to the other side of the road without losing control so I could gain traction. I asked him if he had been out towards Ararat Campground to know how the roads were out there. He said he hadn’t and if I came across ice again to get on the side of the road so I could have more control and slowly make my way home. I told him I wish I had some cash on me to give him for helping me. He said it was absolutely okay that he wanted to make sure everyone was safe. I’ve never seen such kindness from a tow company before and wanted to acknowledge that!

I worked alongside Vernon (owner) for many years as a first responder. I can say that he is definitely the one to call if you want the most capable and honest wrecker driver. Many times I have seen him assist a stranded motorist who didn't have the adequate funds to pay and he still helped them out. He is the one I would call should I need a tow.Service: Car towing
