My stepbrother and I went to the storage unit today and when we went there they had a red lock on our storage unit and we paid the bill in cash and everything. I have my mom and sisters ashes in that unit that i do not want to lose. We are going to call the office tomorrow to get this straightened out. I am furious right now.

I rented units, several for over 5 years combined. Truly the sweetest employees and an even Amazing Owner! I never had any problems even when I needed to downsize my unit they helped me to switch out. If I am ever back in the area this will be where I will use.
