DO NOT SHOP HERE I bought a necklace and charm for my girlfriend on her birthday. I confirmed that the gift was for an adult woman YET he proceeded to sell me a CHILD necklace. The cashier did NOT LET ME TRY ON THE JEWELRY BEFORE I PURCHASED IT AND AFTER I PURCHASED THE ITEMS THEY WERE TOO SMALL. He then said “No Refunds” only exchanges for a more expensive item. DO Not SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE FOREIGN SCAMMERS & CROOKS AND EVIL MONEY HUNGRY FIENDS THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND AS SOON AS THEY PUT IT IN THE REGISTER THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MALL MANAGEMENT!!!

Xmas gift of cross with stones in it. Very pretty and staff was nice but quality is lacking. Not even 2 months later and stones were falling out. I look at my receipt and it says no refunds at all and exchanges only within 2 weeks. Clearly they know their products are lacking. I should have known as the store was empty when I went in at peak shopping time.

Amazing service incredible value. This is my go to place for all my jewelry. I have shopped other places but I have yet to find anything close to World Of Jewelry price and quality. My wife is always happy and that makes me even happier.

The only place I go for jewelry! We bought our wedding rings here years ago and the service is always amazing! Rhonda is by far the best! She knows what she is doing and Her attention to detail shows along with the passion she has for her customers! I have never had a bad experience in this location! I send everyone I know to her since I know she will take good care of them!

When I first came in the store I was just amazed by how awesome the customer service is. They really made me feel comfortable and showed me what was best for my financial situation. Would definitely recommend! Came all the way from Florida. Only jewelry store i buy from! Make sure to ask for Rhonda!

Some of the best customer service I have received. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in. Was helped by Rhonda who was extremely nice and even gave her opinion on what looked best for me. Also the jewelry is not overpriced and is very affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Do not go here! Went to get a ring sized up and my boyfriend paid more than we were orginally told it would cost. The deadlines aren't accurate. Told it would take a few hours, but it wasn't ready until two days later. When we got the ring back, my beautiful silver ring was gold! The entire back half was replaced. And not even 24 hours later the lining that they put on is running off and turning my finger GREEN! I've had cheaper rings that didn't do this. Do not trust this place with your jewelry! Go to a REAL jeweler!!
