Both workers on 09/14 around 11:30am were extremely rude.
0/10 on customer service. If you are going to work us customer service how about you try to be slightly pleasant? Especially to a 7 month pregnant person who is just watching someone try clothes on.

I love this store! Beautiful, affordable dresses for any formal occasion. I love that they have dresses for all body types too! I have a mommy tummy and I was able to find a dress that covered it up so that I felt confident and beautiful. I do wish they had a bigger selection of short dresses but you can buy online for a better selection. I took off a star because the shipping time for online orders is very bad. Don’t waste your time paying for express shipping because you won’t get it in time and they will not refund the extra shipping cost you pay. That has nothing to do with this location though. It’s very well kept and the employees are super nice. I will definitely come here for dresses from now on!

Ty the manager was amazing!! She went above and beyond finding a purse that was all silver for my daughter and she was super super friendly & nice! Great place to buy a prom dress and accessories

Went there to find a dress with my wifeWe found one that she wanted to try onThe lady running cash register told my wife that the dressing rooms are closed in the rudest way 1 hour before store closing.. Then she’s like whatever go already … in front of about 20 customers … so we decided to go into the dressing room and the lady said absolutely not y’all are not going in there. So we sat the dresses down and walked over to Dillards and spent $287 on dress …

We would like to shout out Priya at the Carolina Place Mall Windsor. My daughter and I went in looking for a dress for a wedding that I'm attending in October, unsure if I even knew what I was looking for, Priya greeted us and asked if I needed any assistance. She was patient as I rambled on about what my boyfriend wanted to wear, and how I wanted to ensure I match the fabric he chose. To make a long story short, Priya got to know my daughter and I during our short shopping visit. She was genuine and kind. There was another young woman there who assisted us too, however I didn't get her name, shout out to you too! It's encounters like these that remind me why I continue to choose kindness, you never know what someone is going through. Great experience, 10/10 will continue to shop here and refer friends!

I wouldn’t recommend this specific Windsor to anyone. Today (9/21/23), my girlfriend and I had went in at about 6:40. The gate was halfway down as if they were about to close but yet they had 20 minutes left. My girlfriend picks out a couple items and proceeds to the dressing room, time is roughly 6:48. The male worker then shouts “the fitting rooms are closed” my girlfriend politely responds with “it’ll only take a minute” and heads inside. Keep in mind that there are at least 10 other shoppers in the store and 1 inside the stall beside her trying on clothes. He then proceeds to open my girlfriends stall door and my girlfriend says “excuse me I’m changing, I don’t have any pants on” he holds the door halfway open while saying “the fitting rooms are closed” then closes the door. He then opens the door on another lady and says “oh sorry the fitting rooms are closed” then shuts it. THIS IS A PROBLEM PEOPLE. I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could report him but trust me we will be calling corporate and I hope the other lady does as well. Also my girlfriend ended up trying everything on and we were out by 6:56 while there were 7 other people in line!

I went in With my 2 daughters and while my one daughter was trying on clothes I was explaining the garment number system to her. The ladies that work their also joined in our conversation and made it a fun time. They had a pretty cool sale going on aswell. Unfortunately we didn't buy anything because my oldest is still not big enough for the clothes she tried on. Will be back in the future.

This place is the BEST Windsor I’ve been to in Charlotte! Aside from how clean the store is, the wide variety of available items—the customer service is literally excellent! Tina, the manager of this location is so nice, personable, not pushy or aggressive. PLEASE visit this location with high expectations it is beautiful here!
