Perhaps the most consistently understaffed WF branch in the Carolinas. They rarely have more than one teller available, and there's usually a long line. In the off chance there is no line, you'll still be waiting for a long time because there's zero care for timeliness at this location. Do yourself a favor and visit the one up the road.

Katia the branch Assistant manager is racist and unprofessional. She did not speak when I came even though she walked right passed me after helping another customer. When I got to the counter her and another Hispanic teller declined my transfer. Katia told me to call my other financial establishment to see if there was a problem. Once I got them on the Katia made a scene saying she couldn’t speak with them and that she didn’t tell me to call them. I would not have called them for I knew there wasn’t an issue I do this every month. It’s sad to be a black person and still having to deal with racist behavior. I noticed this branch is frequented with more Hispanic customers hence Katia and the other teller speaking fluent Spanish. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 28 years. It’s sad I had to go to a “black neighborhood “ branch to get the service I deserve. Once my transfer action was completed Katia refused to say thank you. After I said thank you she said “okie dokie”. She made spectacle of me in front of the entire lobby. Black people deserve the same treatment. We have not done anything to be treated differently. Katia needs some advice and counsel on treating people equal.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru. Several times been shorted on change . Managers could care less if you been a customer at that location for 38 years and will not take care of your problem. Tellers cannot count there !

If you are thinking about investing your hard earned money, DO NOT go this branch. Employees including the Bank Manager, are clueless about CD products, and they don't take ownership. For every inquiry, they connect to their back-office on phone and come back to you. What a waste!! I lost my CD interest, and WellsFargo lost me as a customer.

I’m not sure if it is just this location, but the relationship bankers are not knowledgeable in financial matters. I left the location thinking I need to change whom I bank with.

I wish I could give negative star to this branch. There is always long line and always 1-2 people working. The ladies working at cashier very rude, have to wait to access safe deposit box for longer than 1hr and there was no response from cashiers. Everyone busy serving long line!!

To wait in line for such a long time and only have one person working behind the glass on a Friday ( Pay Day ) is really bad service, the manager said that she sent people to lunch at the same time. That is such poor management!!!

Bankers just tell you to call online banking so they don’t have to do anything. Lazy and not helpful. Terrible branch every time I go.
