If I can give zero stars I would. This branch has the most rudest ladies ever. Especially during a time like this that we are going through, kindness and knowing how to talk to a person goes a long way. We called to make an appointment for a Saturday. Doubled checked the website and all to make sure it was still opened to us loyal customers. As I called, the woman on the phone told me to go online via mobile banking to make an appointment. I asked her if I can make it via phone since I was already speaking with her. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes and said she was able to make an appointment. Ten minutes prior to my appointment time, I get a phone call from a woman speaking in Spanish. I answer back in English asking who this was. It is VERY unprofessional to assume I speak Spanish or that I am even Hispanic because of my last name. The women stated her name and explain to call her when we arrived to the branch to open the door. We arrived to the appointment just two minutes earlier and called her. Some woman came by the door and just said "What are you here for?" Uhmm... woah. We explained we had an appointment and she said we cannot come in that there are customers inside. No problem we understand. The woman walked straight outside to greet other guest who were waiting at the drive-thru line. Another, lady comes to the door and asked if we were here for an appointment. I said yes and she started speaking Spanish AGAIN. She then said she will help is in two minutes when it is our time. I was dumbfounded. I have been in the banking industry and I completely understand and I'm sure she was just a bit overwhelmed, but then she was just standing at the door looking at the time. Frustrated at this point, didn't even get a HELLO. So I explained all I need is one thing, she goes and says "don't tell me how to do my job, you're lucky we are opened." After that I just didn't waste my energy. Miriam does not have any customer service skills. No one was telling her how to do her job and I'm sure no one forced her to go into work if she wasn't happy it was opened. She honestly just should have been very grateful she had a job... as millions of people have been laid off. In the customer service world, I'm sure she's going to go defend herself, but I rarely write any negative reviews. I love the Charlotte community and unfortunately I will never come even near that branch again. We all need kindness, there's so much going on right now. We are all effected one way or another. A smile and a hello is all there is to do.

Always helpful and always customer service driven - this big bank has had lots of bad press !!! And from what I read in the news and learned from television reports it is rightfully deserved- apparently they've got lots of scandals in their organization. But on a branch level - this reviewer will be handing out 5 big red stars for the customer service and personal attention you'll find at this location. If you follow my reviews you know I'm picky with bank customer service and support. The team at this branch has it down . You will always find plenty of associates available to help and all of them are eager and efficient. Several tellers (usually 3 or 4 ) are always working and move at a deliberate pace to handle the customers needs. The drive thru is also very quick and efficient and most days a minimum of two tellers are there to serve you. Carolina Place Wells Fargo gets two thumbs way up !

I really struggled at another Wells Fargo location (see my other review) nearby so I went to this one kind of discouraged. Kayla was my teller and was extremely helpful. Very happy I went to this location and got her. Thanks!!

Location ALWAYS has an issue with the ATM. Either it doesn't take deposits or it doesn't have cash, get it together!!

Been banking with them since before they ever dreamed of being a Wells Fargo. This is my closest branch location to work nowadays and I've been using them frequently in my "extreme adulting". AKA: investing and nerding out about IRAs and all that. Anyways, I'm gonna spare the internet bots my personal info. Staff here has been incredibly observant, reliable and helpful. However, it seems like many of them talk really fast and have accents to boot. Makes things a little hard to understand. Best advice I can give: slow it down a little! When you inevitably do end up asking many questions though, they will answer them and explain them fully. You always have to make sure to read the fine print and ask every question. They've never once made me feel stupid for asking a question. Seems lots of people are lighting up Wells Fargo, Bank of America and basically all of the banks these days. I'm not picky about banks and I'm not threatening to run off with another bank and move my money. I don't think Wells Fargo or Bank of America are any better than the other. They're just huge financial institutions where we all keep our money so we can use it on the daily. Nothing more, nothing less in my opinion.

I went to try and withdrawal some of my college refund out the bank. Now remind you I have been a royal customer since 2006. Well the refund was a little over $5000. Did you know this crazy ass manager refuse to allow me to get $2000 out of my account and kept asking me where did this refund come he never heard of this school. At this point my blood was boiling hot. Sad part my flight is due to leave out at 10:00am to Costa Rica. He even ask me could he see the flight tickets. This point I lost my professionalism on this crazy fuk-nuts .... I told him that I will closing my account come tomorrow when my money post to the account... Crazy ass Manager...

Went in to deposit a check from Canada. They asked me who it was from and why did I receive it. What?? I've never been asked that before. She then told me she had to ask permission to deposit. she went to the back and came back up and told me to have a seat because they needed to verify with the bank that it's legit. I asked her what made her want to do that and she said it was to protect me. I went to have a seat and texted my sister because she banks at Wells Fargo too and she got the same check and same amount as me and she said she deposited her check no problem! I waited over 15 minutes for them to verify it and then they started to question my name. Horrible. It was finally deposited but very strange it didn't happen to my sister at another Wells Fargo. I will not go to this location again. Waste of time for nothing.

I usually have to make several bank runs for our business during the week where I am looking to get through quickly. If I have three or less transactions, I always appreciate how efficient, friendly and helpful the people are at this Wells Fargo drive-up window. They know how to keep customers rolling through and they do it with a smile. Also I appreciate their international wire service inside. They are more knowledgable than some of the other branches on this subject. Whenever I have gone to the Westinghouse branch, it takes an hour to do a wire. This branch knows what they are doing and gets it done in less than half the time.
