Very happy with the car purchase process with SSC! Lawrence was excellent to work with..no pressure, very knowledgeable, and kept us informed the entire time our Subaru was built. Excellent service from Paul in Finance! Again, no pressure and a pleasure to work with. We went from never owning a Subaru to being a 2 Subaru family! Looking forward to reporting on the service department, but if the attention is given there as it is elsewhere in the dealership, we'll have more great things to say! I definitely recommend Subaru South Charlotte! Thank you Lawrence!

When I decided to forgo the suggested services, I still paid nearly $200 for just a diagnostic! Outrageous.

Excellent service center staffed with knowledgeable advisors and skilled technicians. They're always really efficient when it comes to diagnosing and servicing my vehicle. Specifically I worked with Sean who coordinated the process of deep diving a concerning rattling noise. When they needed additional information regarding the concern, I had the opportunity of interacting directly with the technician in the car to replicate the issue and go over in detail what I was experiencing. The entire time they generously provided a loaner vehicle to make the process more convenient. When I ran into a separate issue with a clicking sound when turning, the service manager- David- personally worked with me to address my concern. He was able to successful diagnose the problem and offered fair pricing to repair the vehicle. Again, the loaner vehicle was a huge blessing given that it became our primary mode of transportation during the entire process. If you want repairs done right at a transparent price with the added convenience of a loaner, this is the place to go!

We worked with Jamario Moore to purchase our new Outback. He was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. He was great with follow-up and was a pleasure to work with. He even got back to us quickly after the purchase when we had some questions we forgot to ask. We also had assistance from David in service who did an amazing job. Our 2 dogs were even able to go with us when we stopped by the servicing department. They enjoyed their time as well.

Had a Fantastic experience with Service Advisor Sean M. He was able to get my Subaru diagnosed very quickly, estimate to me in my phone in no time. Repairs done same day. Really proud the premium Service I received both from Sean and Technician assigned to my car. Will be back for more Service and hopefully more Subarus in the future!

TERRIBLE!!! I just took my Subaru in for an oil change. I called twice to get a price check. For my year and make I was told $78, including tax. I was charged $89.07. I was also told 40 minutes when I pulled in. I left 90 minutes later. When I went to check out, they tried to charge me for a tire rotation as well. I told the mechanic I did not ask for a tire rotation. He went back and printed a new service invoice. Seriously?!?! Do not take your vehicle here.

When I was shopping for a car I went into Subaru South Charlotte to learn more about the Crosstrek. I was connected with Leah G. who was very knowledgeable (far more than Toyota or Honda) about the intricate details of the car and was able to answer all my questions right away. She was very friendly and no pressure at all. I ended up purchasing a Honda, but if you're looking for a Subaru - make sure to ask for Leah.

I am the proud owner of a 2019 Subaru Outback. I reside in Farmville NC but this week I am visiting family in Charlotte. On my way to Charlotte the 'change your oil girl' light came on. NBD, right? Wrong. The next day the 'your oil is low light ' came on. Yikes! I called the Subaru dealership in Pineville and I was told about their Express service. The next morning (today) I showed up at 7:30a ish and I was first in line! My car was serviced in no time and everyone I encountered was just precious. Will I return to this dealership? YES. Would I recommend this dealership? ABSOLUTELY.

The young man who helped me just started as an advisor and did an excellent job. Unfortunately don't recall his name. I was 10 minutes late and they still saw me promptly and got me in and out well within the promised time. I'm glad we bought my husbands car here, we've gotten good service every step of the way.Great experience - I've been a service advisor for over 10 years at different brands and was very impressed with the service here. The new facility is beautiful as well, I just regret I can't walk to my job from the new location.

If you're selling Subarus at a dealership, you should ideally be passionate about Subarus but at the very least know something about Subarus. My husband and I went to this dealership to look at Subaru Foresters. The sales rep (granted he was new) did not have a clue about Subaru cars. I would ask him the most basic Subaru question and he would have to reach for his phone to google it up. And the information he did give was often incorrect. The Forester Touring does come with a CD player. The backseats do recline! I mean...hello...did they get this salesperson off the street somewhere and just put him on the sales floor with ZERO training because my tabby cat knows more about Subarus than this dude! Epilogue: We ended up buying a Subaru from Williams Subaru where we worked with a knowledgeable salesperson and got a great deal!
