I have bought 2 Toro mowers from them, along with other equipment and supplies, and attempted to have both mowers serviced there. My first was in 2018 and the service was so poor they gave me a free battery. Below is a review of my most recent service experience. Not only will I now longer use them for anything. I will actively be warning other small and large businesses of their lies and or incompetence.I dropped my Toro mower off on 8/30/23 for a new V-Belt and work on the right hydro. I was told by Cora (service clerk) that it will take 3-4 weeks to be completed. I was fine with that due the amount of mowers outside waiting ahead of me.9/20/23 I call and leave a message for an update. No Reply.Call back 9/27. Call 2x in the am. Can't get a live person. Call 2x in afternoon and end up leaving a message. No Reply.10/2 leave a message. No Reply10/3 leave a message. No Reply10/5 call back and and get Cora. She advises that my mower has not even been looked at. She tells me the manager made the decision to service aerators due to it being aerating season. I reminded her she told me it would take 3-4 weeks when it was dropped off. She apologized and said they will "get it on the lift" by 10/8. I asked why the delay and she tells me they only have 1 technician at that time.10/11 call back 4 times and can't get Cora or a live person in service so I leave a message on the final call. No Reply10/17 call and I'm advised Cora is not working but the rep advised me my mower HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT YET. Asked for a manager and was transferred to the sales manager. He could not help me and made it clear he had no interest in trying. Asked for store managers contact info. He refused and said he would send him an email to call me. I declined due to the history and requested my mower be brought up front because I was coming to pick it up.I arrived to pick the mower up. It was up front. I loaded the mower alone. Not one single employee came outside to offer assistance or to apologize.

Not amazing. Low staffed and takes forever to get things fixed in the shop.

Was sent to STI by Honda for warranty repair on my pressure washer engine. At first was refused service because pressure washer is a craftsman with a Honda engine. After much discussion the mgr agreed to repair. After not hearing back for 5 + weeks I began to call for an update. Left 4 voicemails and never got a returned call. Finally called main # and found out unit was ready. Went to pick it up and waited at service desk for 15+ minutes but no one waited on me even though employees walked past me numerous times. Finally asked a lady at the parts desk if anyone was working in service department. She said no. Explained I was there for pickup. She was obviously annoyed by my presence but went back to get the unit. She left it in front of me and went back to her customer at the parts desk. I asked her if there was any paperwork. She said I had to pay for repair. I told her it was warranty work and she asked me for proof! I had provided that when I brought the unit in. She went and talked to manager and rudely told me I could take the unit and go. I never was rude to her but my being there clearly annoyed her. When I brought the unit in it was in brand new condition. What they gave me back was covered in mud. See picture. These people have no clue about customer service!

Dropped off a leaf blower. They kept it 7 weeks with no communication. I had to call four times and visit twice before finding out it couldn’t be fixed. Awful service. Never again.

Richard was super helpful in getting me what I needed. Also very friendly. I won't shop anywhere else for lawn/garden/landscaping equipment

Really great service. Drive belt broke and got in same day, had new blades put on and some other minor repairs and delivered back next day. I did pay for expedited service and pickup/delivery. Overall great service and will go back for my Toro zero turn maintenance in the future.

There is a lot going on here. They have irrigation and drainage products, seed and fertilizer, and a wide assortment of heavy duty mowers and related equipment. I took some pictures of my favorites.

BEWARE!!! I purchased a new mower here. I was able to mow with it for 2 months before the both front wheel bearings went bad. 1 wheel bearing completely fell apart and the wheel was riding on its axel. The other was about to and sounded horrible. I brought it in for warranty repair and they replaced 1 wheel bearing and had the mower sitting outside in the rain 4 weeks. They didn’t replace the other wheel bearing and after 10 more hours of mowing that wheel bearing fell apart and i had to bring it back for warranty repair. The engine blows white smoke at start up and they tell me the piston rings are not broke in yet. I HOPE THAT I Will NEVER GO BACK THERE.

It’s very unprofessional to have someone working here and absolutely know nothing to which there selling. I received help from angel I was unsure of a certain part I needed. I asked if she could ask a co worker/manager to make sure she insisted that she was correct. She is very rude wouldn’t let me talk, talked over me multiple times. Very disgusted about her attitude considering I get home with the wrong part. I will not be back

I called this place before going to see if they had a part I needed for my stihl product in stock. They did, and when I arrived they even installed the part for me. Very helpful, super nice people. I would go here again.

I’ve been to other locations, all have great customer service, friendly staff. The selection at this location is unmatched. They have definitely made me into lifetime customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for what they have.
