Jiggy and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend coming to this location!!”
“This is the most efficient post office that I have ever used. The staff is great and the process is super easy, they even have materials if you’re shipping stuff out for free (printer and some packaging tape).”
“I really like this location's staff. They are exceptionally kind, they always try to be extra patient with customers unfamiliar with various return shipment processes, and take the time to explain the why behind those processes / costs. The staff at this site always act with a sense of urgency while remaining calm by quickly addressing each customers needs and multitasking where possible.
Remember that shipping companies are a for profit business. If Amazon says no box no label you can show up with nothing but the item. The seller opted to cover the cost of the return materials. Otherwise you will need to follow instructions like prepacking and taping. If you show up unprepared they will charge for a box and/or tape. The post office is the same way so try not to take your frustrations out on the shipper who is a 3rd party. I would prefer to do business with this location if I have an Amazon return or ebay seller shipment.”

This is not the closest UPS to my house but I find myself driving the extra distance because I know I will be met with friendly staff and a seamless and helpful experience.”

“I have had a PO box at this location for approximately 4 years, I have also purchased a number of products that they sell in the retail shop, which I may add are high quality products. The owner of the establishment, Mark, is such a pleasure to deal with. He has always gone above and beyond anytime I needed help. In a nutshell, both he and his daughter do such an exceptional job running that establishment. I would highly recommend using their services.”

“Today I went to PostNet to take a badge photo for my new job. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff working today but they were soooo nice. The process was very smooth and quick. We talked about my new job briefly and how much it would be beneficial to me. The lady said she loved hearing the stories people share regarding their jobs when they come in for new photos. I really don't typically take the time to write reviews but I walked in feeling great and left out feeling even better just knowing that someone cared about my new endeavor.”

I showed up about 25 minutes after they had closed not realizing they were closed and an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed, but then proceeded to take my return. I didn’t even have to ask. They are super polite, kind and I will definitely return.”
“One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures”

“It is much easier to do business with the UPS store that with the USPS office. At this particular location, the people are nice and efficient.
The little negative is the design of the parking lot (not the UPS store fault, though). It is difficult to get in and out when it gets full.
