They replaced windshield, couldn't calibrate it. Came back for them to put another OEM windshield in the next week. Still couldn't calibrate it. 3 days later I'm sitting in my driveway and hear a pop and the windshield cracks straight up the middle. So they can't calibrate windshields(look at all the other reviews saying the same). They apparently can't install them either because nothing hit mine it just spontaneously cracked while sitting in my driveway. Do not go here. They old man that did the work tried to tell me the cameras were foggy. I have one eye and I can see them fine, idk if he has glaucoma or what but he doesn't know what he's doing obviously. Go anywhere else. Don't waste 6hours of your life two different days and still end up with a broken windshield in the end.

Fixed my stone chip on my front windshield. Unfortunately, the repair did not work out very good. Most of the Crack is still visible. The service person was up front about his inability to do an adequate job on this repair. Told me to call my insurance company to discuss total window replacement since this repair was done on a Saturday.

If you have a car with a Heads-Up Display (HUD), or other safety features (auto-lights, auto-wipers, etc ) I highly recommend you stay far far away from Safelite. This Safelite location replaced the windshield on my Acura and ended up breaking the HUD / Auto Wipers / Auto Headlights sensors as well as cutting through some of the wiring that connecting these sensors to the car. I had to take it to Acura to get fixed and was out of a car for a significant period of time while they tried to fix Safelite’s poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor and stay away if you have any sort of safety systems in your car that has sensors in or near the windshield.

We had an appointment at the Pineville, NC location last Wednesday at 10am. We were told upon check in that our car would be done & needs to be picked up by 4pm. We arrived to pick up our car before 4pm. My husband specifically asked if it was calibrated & the lady said yes. Here we are 6 days letter to get a call that our car is not coming up in their system that it was calibrated & we have to bring the car back. This is a huge inconvenience for not just us but them as a business. From a customer service perspective, they should honestly give a courtesy call when your vehicle is done & make sure that everything is completed before the customer drives off. This is a headache for all parties involved. The location of 85 in Charlotte is more professional & courteous.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great customer service scheduling the appointment and at the location. Replaced my Tesla windshield and recalibrated it within a few hours.Kept me updated by text and had it done on time. Would highly recommend this location. Although I really hope I don't have to see them again Dang Rocks

I've used them twice in the last few months. One windshield replacement and one chip repair. Technician explained in detail what they would do and then once completed he explained everything he did. I would use them again in the future.

Took my vechile in for a replacement since it was a 2023 and they can't do it at my home. They installed a damaged windshield. It took a lot of scheduling to bring it in the first time with my kids but a second was really rough. I brought in, let them know I was on a time crunch because I didn't want to pay $20/hr for a babysitter when my kids get home and I was stuck here. They didn't care. They were extremely rude and not helpful. So now I pay for their mistake. Never again.
