I will update this review when I hear back from the owner, Robbie, I called him today at 2:30 on a Sunday! It has now been 2 months since bringing our Jetta in for repairs underneath the car from being pushed into guard rails on I 77, State Farm had it towed for us to S&M around October 1 or end of September. We chose S&M because it they had good reviews on both GOOGLE and YELP siting cost, time, and cutomer service, something we have yet to experience at all from S&M Pineville. Now after further investigation on the company and its reviews,, there's not really a lot of them and a lot are outdated. We have not gotten one phone call to follow up with what's going on with our vehicle, how it's doing, what an estimate is, a plan, ANYTHING, I seen on some reviews that Sherry and the receptionists were so bright, friendly and constantly informed customers on updates about their vehicles keeping them in the loop of what was going on. I just wonder why we're not getting the same service. Is our repair not high enough? Does it not bring in enough profit? Has it been thrown on the back burner to do more costly repairs for others? I don't know but I want answers. A vehicle just shouldn't sit for two months without being started and driven, not to mention what if my vehicle was stolen I wouldn't know it seems they have no idea what's going on because I haven't gotten one phone call ! I sure hope I can hear back from the owner tomorrow and update this review and get to a conclusion that works best best for us, but until then, I have to warn you be careful about bringing your car here. They either forgot about mine or just aren't working on it. My fiancé called once about two weeks after and they said they hadn't even gotten to it. He called again, another two weeks later, and they told him they hadn't gotten to it. And then he called them again and they said it would be a few days before they could get it. He hasn't called for about a month now and we have yet to hear anything. Life has been pulling some unexpected things on us and we do own another vehicle, but this has gone long enough!

Very reasonable prices (came in right at the insurance quote). Staff is awesome - shout out to Sherry who is the best! She kept me updated and was so sweet and efficient. And the owner actually was kind enough to give me a ride to the rental location since they would never answer their phone to pick me up as advertised. The staff provided quality work and I enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at S&M. The team was professional, friendly, and skilled. My vehicle was repaired efficiently and looked brand new after the service. Jared went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company too. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs. My car is a used car so came with a bumper that was broken but it took a few years before that became an issue. S & M Auto Paint & Body Shop helped me to fix my bumper. They are convenient to Pineville South West area, so a quick drive away.
