Horrible returns (due to defect!) policy! Totally useless customer service that will just repeat their corporate policies but don’t actually make anything right. I bought this rug from them, online, and it’s totally wonky, crooked and they can’t send me a replacement because all of these rugs are wonky! (WAY TO GO VENDORS!) And they will only refund me if *I* pay to send it back! They should pay the return shipping if they can’t give me a suitable replacement! But they won’t. So my advice is BUY FROM MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES! NOT THIS ONE!

We have had our sofa for 6 months and it's absolutely fabulous. Meagen was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out just the right piece! Love this store and will definitely be back in the future.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The staff didn’t assist in any way and when we entered the store they were automatically treated with disrespect. My husband, daughter, and I walked around the store for about 20 minutes looking for furniture to remodel our home. Not once were we asked if we needed assistance by an associate. I assume it was due to prejudice as we are people of color. We found a rug that we’re going to buy, but as associates continued to pass by us as not ask if we needed assistance, we decided it was better off to find another location to buy furniture. So, overall I would just like to say that we did not appreciate the disrespect or racial profiling. We will not be entering or buying from this store in the future.

First time at Rug & Home and it was a pleasure! Excellent Customer Service from the entire team!...Gabe, Oscar and Tim are the best. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Helpful and Patient. I will definitely purchase again from this location!

We purchased 2 sofas, a sideboard, 2 bookcases, 2 end tables, and a sofa table from Rug and Home in Pineville, NC. It has taken our builder a little longer than expected to complete our home. Rug and home has stored our furniture at no charge, even when it has taken longer than expected. We would go in the store from time to time and see the new items that have come in since we purchased our pieces. Of course, other pieces caught my eye and I wanted the new instead of what I purchased previously. I talked it over with Brandy, and was able to exchange with no problem. She explained how the exchange process would go with no confusion. I went in again and saw another piece I wanted instead of what I had, there to again, I spoke with Virginia and she and Oscar worked out all the numbers and collaborated with the warehouse to make the exchange without any hiccups. We purchased a cream wingback chair off the floor and Tim immediately took it off the floor to wrap it to prevent it from getting dirty before delivery. Gayatri greeted us with a smiling face, and was very helpful. This store is top tier and I highly recommend shopping with Rug and Home in Pineville, NC. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Antoiene and Kevin were excellent , precise and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone for delivery services and for anything else.Brandy was excellent too.Oscar was very helpful with my correction order.I highly recommend this store again and again.

We are in search of a rug for our living room so I went to R and H to see what they had. Not only do they have an amazing selection of rugs of every kind, but they honestly have the kindest, knowledgeable employees as well! Have knew his stuff inside and out. Was he was patient, personable and friendly. In fear of making a mistake on my rug choice, he assured me of their 100% return policy within the time period so that I could take it home and see how it looked in my room with different lighting etc. I, NOT being a rug expert was thinking “a rug is a rug…I love the rug, I’m sure it’ll be fine…” Meegan was wonderful as well helping me to understand that’s not always the case and again explaining the reason for the 3 day grace period to see if the rug was a fit at my home. At checkout I met Hannah, she too was so kind and engaging. And finally Tim, he loaded up my car and again, he was kind and engaging (and strong! That rug was heavy!!)Alas and sadly, the rug did not work. ? They were SO right in making sure all the components of the room: the lighting, the furniture, the paint color etc, all work together when choosing a rug. My experience of (sadly) returning the rug was easy and efficient.I can’t say enough great things about Rug and Home. We will definitely go back when looking for a rug!

Brandy is amazing! She knows the inventory, listens to the customer's needs, and thinks outside the box, with the singular goal of customer satisfaction! Rugs & Home and Brandy are my "go to" for home furnishings.
