If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m NEVER going back to this place again. They use to be dependable before new management took over. They price gouge you and do shoddy work. Pay a little more and go to Firestone up the road they at least try to find the cheapest route for you!

Hours state they are open until 5I arrived at 4:01 and was told that they can’t take anymore cars because they were about to close. How are you about to close and the sign on the door clearly says 5pm on SaturdayVery upset I left work to drive here because this one was close to my job but after this I will never use precision again

I've been coming here since I moved to Charlotte 1 year ago; because of my past vists, I began suspecting they were overfilling my engine with oil and they weren't checking the fill level after completing an oil change.With this in mind, they completed the oil change, and I asked the front desk agent do they fill to the top fill line on the dip stick and no higher. He said yes. He also admitted after questioning that the oil level should be between the top line and the bottom line. I also asked if they checked the oil level to confirm the correct levels after finishing. He said yes. I check my oil levels and discover that my oil level is above the top fill line. I show this to the front desk clerk and then comes outside to confirm that it was too full. After all this, he goes next door to Meineke and asks one of their employees. Their employee agrees with me. He tells me that he's going to take the car back in and remove the oil filter to rectify the issue. He didn't do that, it appears as if he was trying to syphon the oil instead of what he said he would do. I ended up leaving with my oil level too high. If they can't be trusted to properly do an oil change.....you do the math. I've attached a photo to show my oil level.

Arrived early in the morning on Saturday to have my car serviced had a long line in front of me thought it would take a little while but they moved quick and I was out only after a hour of them opening despite them being busy and people in front of me the staff all said good morning as they arrived will be back

They left my car doors open overnight and stuff was stolen. I only left it there because i asked for an oilchange on top of fixing a check engine light. They did not change the oil and needed more time. They said they could do nothing about my car getting broken into.

I'm 60 years old and never had such a bad service as this shop they rotated my tires and damaged the sensor and wouldn't even replace it the service is always slow people smoking while changing oil very very disappointing
