I went into your location today in pineville North Carolina and there was a sales associate that was terrible my wife placed a online order and every time she called she did not get a answer they just hung up on her so we showed up in person to ask how long it would be we walked in and spoke to the young Lady at the register and she could not find our order because it was not yet done when I had asked how much longer till it would be done the other lady named Lexie interrupted her very rudely and said whenever we get to it we get to it she said the online orders get done whenever they feel like it which I thought was rude but the young lady who was doing the online orders tried speaking to me and the women named Lexie grabbed her wrist pushed her hand away from taking my phone to look at my order and told her no that she had this the young lady then proceeded to wait till the woman Lexie walked away to help me and tell me it would only be 15 minutes and she apologized I will never be going back to this location and I feel bad for all the customer who she has treated so terrible and I feel so bad for her coworkers for obvious abuse of power I hope something can be done about this worker Lexie before she does something that is against company policy and really cost you a lot of customers the only reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the young lady that was doing the check out orders she was amazing

Regina was awesome. I walked in on a mission and she knew just what would make me want to buy EVERYTHING!! Lol. But I found the perfect gift and even gave me ideas for the holidays!! I will be back to shop with her soon!

Never had a bad experience with Pandora until the other day I went in to get a ring. It was supposed to be a special day, I was super excited until as soon as I walked in, nobody helped except getting stares. One girl came up to help after a while and after picking out the ring I wanted I asked for a brand new one instead of the one on display tray (that other people have tried on before like I did). She didn’t offer to clean it before selling it or anything, just looked at me like I was stupid asking for her a clean new one. Gives me a stained creased packaged bag. Ring box was cheap and stained as well. What happened to the pink bow and nice ring box? Never want to come here again.

I was very disappointed in my experience here the other day. I was shopping here when I heard what looked like a manager verbally chastising an employee. The young girl looked extremely embarrassed. I absolutely don't condone such behavior so I left without purchasing anything. I wish I'd intervened but management should be concerned and ashamed.

I had a rather unpleasant experience during my recent visit to Pandora. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me turned out to be an assistant manager named Sejal. From the moment she approached me to help, it was evident that she had a rude and confrontational attitude.To make matters worse, Sejal seemed to lack knowledge about Pandora products, which was quite surprising for an assistant manager. Her behavior continued to be rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. Even when another employee, Lexi, tried to ask Sejal a question, she abruptly interrupted and dismissed Lexi, stating, "Wait, this customer has a question." This demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism.Overall, my encounter with Sejal left a negative impression and significantly impacted my experience at Pandora. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from a supposed assistant manager, and it undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand.

Terrible customer service. I dont know if they don't like the hispanic community or what it is but everytime we go in there we get the poor piss attitudes from the staff. Went in there yest with my mom and sister, and was asking about a charm (IN ENGLISH) and once the sales woman heard me translating to my mom what we were saying she walks away, goes to tell the sales woman that speaks spanish to dump us on her and have her help us instead. Normally this wouldnt be a big deal but it was about her demeanor and how she went about it. She doesnt even say a word to us before walking away, even though I had asked her a question; and on top of it the other sales woman was already helping another customer. There was no need for her to pass on us and make us wait when there was no barrier in our communication. She did the same thing to two hispanic woman behind us put them in the corner and told them to wait for the other sales woman as she went to the next caucasian couple. The spanish speaking sales woman then came over and had a dry attitude with us as if she was bothered she had to assist us, but when she was interacting with other american customers in the store she was all laughs and giggles. She was very dismissive kept making faces when we'd ask her stuff and actually took a charm that I was looking at from me, because she had to turn around and grab something else. I guess she didnt trust me to look at it while her back was turned. Similar situations has happened the last 2 times Ive been to this location, have never experienced this in any other location. So if youre looking to buy some Pandora dont take your business here, go to one of the other wonderful locations with staff that doesnt discriminate!

Natalie is Awesome!!!! She assisted my husband and I with a deep cleaning on today and in purchasing a new bracelet!! She took her time at accommodating us and made sure that our purchase and recommendations were met!! Very professional and kind !!!! Thanks Natalie!

For starters I shop a lot at Pandora. Today my husband went into this location because they were the only place that had the charms I wanted in stock. He purchased several charms and ask for them to be put in a box like they normally are. The clerk stated No! and threw them all together in a single wad of paper. He then went to our normal store in South Park and purchased the remaining charms on my list. They put then in a box without asking and properly secured them. Presentation is everything and so is the attitude of associates. Carolina place should be shut down.

My wife ordered her pair of earrings through the app, and they were ready for pick up the next day. Once in the store, the pick-up process was fast, and they made sure she was the person who actually bought the item.

I really enjoy and appreciate the awesome customer service that I receive from Dom when I vist the Pineville Mall location.That's why I shop this location when I need to add charms and other items to our bracelets and will continue to shop there.
